Details of service requested were not share according to the tech. If he had not been able to assist me anyway I would have been very upset. This type of disconnect is unacceptable. I feel that Auto Nation was trying to generate additional trip to my house to complete my services.

Crazy pricing. I haven't tried the service, because of that. Oil change $200. Spark plugs change $610. For Subaru. Wow.

A scam diagnostic charge, but did not provide an estimate. Was told it would take 4 days to get parts. Was told after calling 3 days later that my estimate was being worked on. After 4 days was told they could not repair my car. Disputing diagnostic charge. The order read that they'd have my car running in no time. Don't charge diagnostic if it can't he repaired according to being a mobile service . Reason given, "declined repair due to all other heater hoses that could break if proceeding." Scam! No one pays for a diagnostic of $225 (which is outrageous), to not receive an estimate for repair. BBB here I come. Charges have been disputed, but should voluntarily be refunded if you decide not to give an estimate or do the repair. shoulda called AAA and took it to a real repair shop. 😏🙄😡 All this time wasted when I had a rental car for 4 days, and an now without a car. 🙄

It was an aux battery replacement, but I wasn't sure if any other issues. I spoke to a rep in detail, and he made sure that I'd get a right part with an experienced technician who knew about my car make/model. The technician didn't come within an apt. time range, so I texted him for an update with his arrival time. He responded it quick and showed up fine. The new battery had the label of the car make, repair was pretty quick, and my car was woken up fine. Thank you-

Would be 5 stars but they didnt have my PHEV Car on the website to select. When I called to schedule the appointment and let the lady know its a PHEV she said its fine. When you guys update your website to correctly have all the car options and models, I will make it 5 stars. The Technician was respectful and very helpful. Worked diligently and even tried to fix another issue he found. Overall a great service just fix your website for options. Also your payment thing sucks.

The best experience we ever had. Sean/Shawn ... not sure how he spells his name, was great!! Changed oil on 2004 Corvette ZO6 and 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT8. Two high performance cars that had to be ready for shipment by auto transporter to Florida. He is a valuable employee.

Fantastic work. I normally service my own car, but decided to save some time and ask for help. Abraham showed up on time and had excellent knowledge of my car and what was required. I choose a 11 am appointment when it processed it became 12 pm with a 2 hour window, well ok. The tech was an hour late last the 2 hour window but he did a good quick diagnoses, then told me the office would contact me on Monday for further arrangements ( the repair needed to be completed in a shop). I called Monday Eve and was told 24-48 hours it has been a week and haven't heard from them. I guess if they can fix it where it sits they don't want to deal with it.

I thought i had a problem with my alternator, the mechanic, Sal, came out and noticed that it was not the alternator, but the AC pump that was making the smoke. Bigger job, but he gave me a new quote and let me think it over. A few days later, he came and took care of everything! No problems, no hassle.. Got the job done. No pressure, honesty, all pretty much appreciated!

My coworkers told me I needed a belt change when they heard my truck at the shop, so in 5 minutes I scheduled an appt with repair Smith. Julian came up and got it done in 30 minutes and also provided a thorough health diagnosis for my truck. It was fast, reliable and very professional service. I would recommend repair smith over any auto shop I’ve been to.

Tom is an excellent mechanic. We have had him out twice now to service our car. He’s friendly and I know he makes the right decisions as far as how to repair the car. He keeps us informed and explains what he plans to do.
