The initial scheduling and diagnosis was fine. This occurred on Monday, 11/25. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the issue was the battery and they did not have one to replace so they scheduled my appointment for the following Monday (12/2) morning 8am. On Friday (11/29), i get a text saying a tech will be not be able to come out for Friday and i’ll need to reschedule (again our appointment was Monday morning). So I call and they say that the appointment is indeed for Monday; however, they have Saturday afternoon available. I reschedule for Saturday afternoon. On Saturday they text me at 12pm saying they cannot come. So we wasted our day waiting for nothing. We rescheduled for Monday morning, as originally planned. I then get a text confirming for Monday afternoon. At this point, i cancel entirely and go with 1-800 battery who was able to replace same day. Communication and scheduling is terrible. Their text system is terrible. Do not recommend.

The mechanics that were sent out were knowledgeable, professional and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. They worked with the warranty company, providing pictures and videos, to make sure everything was 100% covered.

The price came out different. They don’t honor promo codes even tho the codes approved on their site and shows it worked. Once you get the final charge, it doesn’t show the discount from the promo

What a RIP OFF! First, they charged us 3.5hrs when it should have been only up to 2 hours. Next, the tech charged us for 11.2 it's for antifreeze when it should have been only 4qts. Next, the tech stated that they replaced the thermostat. So my problem is they never really replaced the thermostat, or they used a used one. So, does this look new? They "installed" this on April 1st. April fools? It's impossible to get so grungy in just a few months. Also, here's a picture of what a new one looks like. Update.... To the owners. I already called your 800 number to complain and they kept asking me about the part that was replaced. The whole problem is with the tech. Did he really replace the thermostat or he did not replace it. If the tech did replace the thermostat, then it was a used part. Just look at the pictures I had uploaded.

hello, my service on Aug 2024 was very good. the Tech - Marvin C. was friendly & he quickly handled the replacement of the Front/Rear brake pads & replaced the Front wiper blades. the shop gave him the incorrect back wiper blade & contacted them & went back to the shop to get the correct one. came back & placed it on the care. great service.

UPDATE **** MANAGEMENT HAS CONTACTED ME AND WAS VERY APOLOGETIC ABOUT THE SITUATION. SO, GUYS, YAY I GET MY CABIN FILTER( SPLASH GUARD NOT INCLUDED) SO I'M GLAD THE CONTACTED ME BUT YET TO UNDERSTAND WHY IT TOOK OVER A MONTH. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND CONSIDERATION. ONE XTRA 🌟 Those of you who read my reviews know I don't post unless it's a truly horrible injustice. WELL, AutoNation Mobile Service has done me an injustice. I bought a car and the dealer set it up for them to come check the car because I believed the break lights weren't working. So, here comes Juan on the scene. I thought oh he's gonna be a stand up guy. Well, he did his chks took pictures even showed me what problems the cr which were very little surprisingly 🤔. He says to me your splash guard thinga magigy needs to be replaced right away and he said my cabin filter was NEVER changed so he took it. At end he set a time which was supposed to be the following Monday between 2-7pm I believe. You know I ain't never seen Juan again. I still don't have a cabin filter mainly because I forgot until today and also I have yet to hear from the AutoNation Mobile Service about the splash guard underneath the car. In conclusion, my car dealership had more integrity then this AutoNation mobile service I would not use this service The Honorable thing for them to have done was to call me and let me know what was going on instead of having me waiting all day that Monday and still nothing have you ever seen a tumbleweed that's exactly where we are right now so no thanks AutoNation I will do everything I can to keep business from you because my problem was small just think what you would do to someone with bigger problems

I had the luck of getting Juan from auto nation, hands down profesional and easy to talk to. You get the shop experience without the crazy tax shop labor and wait, came to me, making sure I understood the process before and after. Can’t recommend enough, Juan you ever open up your own shop im driving from the moon to get you to work on my vehicle sir 10/10

This was my first time using the mobile repair service and my original plan was for them to come to do routine maintenance on my car at my home while i work from home, but I had to go into the office. They were able to come to my office instead and make that adjustment day of. They did an amazing job, checked to see if there was anything else that might give me troubles down the road. Super easy, super convenient and so much easier than waiting at a shop.

Very easy to work with. Arrived early and took care of my Fiat. Explained everything thoroughly to me (as a new driver I appreciate the explanations) and gave me a list on what I need done in lists of importance. Very easy to talk to even though I was nervous! They made it not as scary. This is my third time using their service and I’ve enjoyed each time they’ve come out
