I do not recommend this place, they take advantage of people, especially Latinos who do not know English, they mistreat people, they move interest rates in their favor, they make you sign a document and then another appears in the contract

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I USED THIS COMPANY AND WILLIAM WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND CHANGED OUT MY CAR BATTERY AND DID A GREAT JOB OF EXPLAINING TO ME WHAT HE WAS DOING TO DIAGNOSE MY CAR FOR OTHER PROBLEMS IF ANY . I WILL ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS! THANKS FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

This is our 2nd time using this service. Our 1st experience was better than the 2nd so only 4 stars. Our first experience was flawless: easy to order service, quick response within 2 hours and new battery installation was A+. 2nd experience was not as great. Order was easy but dispatcher's response was poor & unreasonably slow (at 1pm CST still had not arrived after call requests before 9am CST, had to call and speak to someone with limited communication skills in a busy call center in order to get a technician dispatched & get the job done ASAP but the tech arrived minutes after my call and did the repair work quickly. So, I can only rate 4 stars due to that delay.

This service made me wait multiple weeks for a repair rescheduled 3 times. Then when they arrived they could not complete the repair. What an absolute waste of my time. Do not hire this service.

Needed a new battery and starter and my car was stuck in my driveway. The mechanics who came were on time, quick, let me know what he was doing and approx how long it would take. Car is running like new now. This was a lifesaver of a service because I'm new to the area and my husband happened to be out of town. I had an initial diagnostics report done that figured out mostly what was wrong, but when the mechanic came back to do the work, he discovered something else and I was refunded the diagnostic fee (which I didn't even ask for). Will definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Worst experience ever. I wish I could put zero stars. My appointment time was from 8am to 1pm and they changed it from 1pm to 6pm due to a part not coming in on time. They then sent me up to 10 communication saying they were coming then they were not coming. They were coming then they were not coming again. Finally got a hold of a supervisor who advised me that they will be coming as the part will arrive at 3 o’clock. The mechanic finally showed up way later in the day and unfortunately brought the wrong part for my car. The repair was not able to be completed. My card was charged and now I am unable to reach anybody as they are saying that they’re escalation line has no one is available FOR DAYS NOW! This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. This happened on Thursday and I still have not been able to get in contact with anybody..

I needed my car battery replaced and it was in a parking garage at my office. AutoNation Mobile roadside service was incredible. they had to call in a special van that was short enough to go in a parking garage with limited clearance but still got it all taken care of in the time slot. Service was friendly, fast, professional. I’ll definitely use their services again.

My service went terrible. The mechanic did not perform the necessary reset for a battery replacement on a BMW. As a result when I left my residence, I was left stranded at an IHOP after picking up my family's food due to my car not starting. I had to call AAA to come out only for them to tell me that because the necessary reset had not been performed, that i would have to have my vehicle towed to a BMW dealership to have it properly reset. I was told that more damage could be expected due to the negligence as well as possibly needing another new battery. I called Autonation and explained what had occurred. I was told repeatedly that I could not speak to a supervisor and that my claim had been escalated to the project manager and to expect a response in the next 24 to 48 hours. I explained to them that my wife and I would be out of town for a week beginning on the next day. The same explanation was repeated by the representative. I asked for a different technician to be sent out and the representative assured me that they would do so. I had to drive out to where my vehicle was left to have AAA tow it to a BMW dealership but once they arrived, it was discovered that my vehicle could not be put into neutral to be safely moved without causes damage due to it being all wheel drive and there.not beig adequate room to safely maneuver it. Therfore, it had to be canceled taking away one of my toys from AAA. Low and behold, the same technician came to my home later after I specially asked for a different one. I even told the representative that my vehicle would be at the location it was left at. I had to drive back to the location again and wait for the technician to troubleshoot his own mistake only to tell me that he "had never had ro reset a BMW battery before in turning a wrench" to have it towed to a BMW dealership and apologized. The technician from Autonation that diagnosed my vehicle before this last one specially told me that a reset would need to be performed after a new battery instalation and advised me to.have a professional do it. That's why I went ahead and ordered the recommended service from Autonation. I actually took the day off and burned a paid vacation day to have this done. It literally took me from around 9 a.m. to after 5 p.m. to get this all taken care of and get my car towed to a BMW dealership. The second tow truck driver had no choice but to drag my vehicle to get it on the tow truck which may have even caused more damage since it is an all wheel drive vehicle. I spent almost $500 on the battery replacement and who knows how much money BMW will charge me to fix the issue. Also I burned a day off from work and I am on my first wedding anniversary having to worry about this issue. My wife and I are both first responders and are already stressed enough. Now after we return, we will have to still deal with all of this just because the technician refused to do the necessary reset on the battery replacement. I specially asked him if a reset needed to be done due to the previous technician telling me that one is necessary and required. He told me that he never heard of it it.and had never done it. He also told me that it was not necessary. Now I may be out of a lot of money and or a vehicle. No resolution has been made as of yet. That is my last experience with Autonation Mobile Service.

Very poor experience from their office, they simply didn't read the note I typed in about wanting a mid-range 36 month battery. Instead, they sent the technician out with an economy 24 month battery. This caused a 2+ hour delay while the technician ran around to 3 auto parts stores looking for what I wanted. Also, they charged my card the full amount the day before anyone ever even came out and did anything! And I hate having to enter all my personal info and card number before I can find out what day they can come!

Eddie is down to earth and a straight shooter. He diagnosed my suspension issues and recommended what I should do. He was on time and handled himself professionally. I highly recommend him and you will not be disappointed.

I schedule a battery replacement for my car. The technician came out installed a new battery. The car still didn't start. Upon further inspection it was discovered that the battery was not the issue and my old battery was still good.. The technician removed the new battery and put my original battery in. My account was charged as soon as the technician came out. I have yet to receive my refund. They take your funds soon as the come out, but I'm waiting days to receive my funds. Unbelievable!

I scheduled a simple new battery to be installed. The battery 4 hours later was dead. They cancelled and changed my warranty scheduled appt. the next day so I had to get towed to a car mechanic shop. The local car repair shop diagnosed a bad battery was installed and was completely dead. They also said battery terminal cables needed replaced. $900 later it cost the job to be done correctly. AutoNation also charges $50 to come back for a warranty check up! They charge for their mistake to return and attempt to fix it? They are a scam and doubt how many qualified technicians they have working for them. Administratively you talk to a computer. Do not use them for car repair. The worst service I’ve used in 50 years. I paid them $350 to install a bad battery. They need to refund the bad battery technician installed. I will update whether they will or not. Also look at The exposed wires they connected to terminal.

Didn’t fix it the first time. Made new scratches on my door handle. I had to set up another appointment a month out to fix it. There’s still shallow indents in my door even after the “repairs”

The mechanic that came to fix my brakes was prompt, courteous, and hard working. He had my new front pads and rotors on in no time, and they have been working great!!! I would definitely use this company again.

While I was disappointed that the technician could not make it in the time frame I initially scheduled, I am happy overall with the service I received the next day. The technician was courteous, fast, and knowledgeable. He took maybe a little less time than the estimate given. I’ll use AutoNation Mobile Mechanics again.
