This has to be one of the most poorly run dealership service centers in the area, if not the entire country. I had the absolute displeasure of having to visit this place several times due to my grandfather needing service on his vehicle. I do not currently live in Memphis, but I was here on a trip visiting my grandparents. As I was going to be in town, it would have been very convenient for my grandfather to get the work done on his car that was needed. He simply needed a recall fulfilled by the dealership. He planned everything ahead and everything was scheduled to be ready to be done on Tuesday when I visited. Not only was he given the runaround about the part supposedly going to be there Tuesday, except it wasn't so we had to wait days later for it to finally arrive. When they finally got the part in and completed the quote-unquote service, they ended up causing a fuel leak that required him to go back to the dealership and wait over the weekend to have his car fixed again. At no point while I was there with him were we ever able to get in contact with the service manager. We had to go to the sales manager the first time so he could grease the wheels and get something done. The poor frontline workers at the desks are getting the brunt of all of this and their service manager was nowhere to be found. I understand mistakes are made, but this is literally what you are charged with doing for a living. If a schedule is made, you are obligated to keep to the schedule. And when you actually have the part and are meant to install the part correctly, you don't create further issues by now causing another issue that required my grandfather to be out of service for even longer. In short, neither your time, nor your money, nor your vehicle, nor you as a person are respected at the service center. They only managed to do the bare minimum after enough wheels were greased and fuss was made to get this done. I cannot speak for any other Honda service center in the area, but I can say that this is one to avoid.

Had appointment to rotate tires. 2 hours later service writer said job was complete. When I looked at my tires they had not been rotated. I mark them so I can tell. Supervisor got it fixed but basically a messed up job for a very simple procedure. Not very sure their service shop can be trusted. Took 3 hours for a simple task.

I came in for an oil change in September. The experience was pleasant and I returned to fix some of the problems identified during the inspection. My service technician was Randy, who I worked with during my visit in September. I originally planned to wait at the dealership during my appointment. Randy advised that it would take a little over 2 hours. Deez provided drop off service to my home. Deez was the highlight of this day as he was kind, cordial, and professional. After not hearing or receiving any updates from Randy for almost 4 hours, he texted to say that the driver was outside waiting on me. The Covington Pike location is a 15 minute drive from my apartment. It would have been helpful to know that the driver was en route. Upon arrival at the dealership, I noticed that there were a number of lights flashing on my dashboard. When I asked about them, Randy said that they would go off after driving my car for a few miles. They didn’t go off. I texted Randy about the problem. He advised me to return to the dealership the next day. We agreed on a 1pm appointment. I arrived at the dealership the next day at 1pm. Randy was nowhere to be found and had not left any note regarding my concerns. Once again, Deez was there to help me and advise the other service agents about my problem. After getting that squared away, I waited in the waiting area for 1.5 hrs. No one came to give me any updates or inform me of a timeline. I finally got up to ask the receptionist for the service manager. He informed me that my car was finished and waiting for me. It seems that it was ready and waiting for some time. When leaving with the service manager, Randy was back at his desk. It seems as though he forgot that my car was there and it was his responsibility to assist. A week later my car began to make a weird noise when idling. I once again called AutoNation. This time I had the pleasure of working with DeAndre. He listened to my issue and made an appointment for me to come in the following day. DeAndre listened to my concerns and got me squared away with a technician. After examining the car, DeAndre introduced me to the technician, Eric. He and another young man, who seemed to be his apprentice or an assistant at the dealership, walked me to my car. Eric popped the trunk and told me that I would have to get a diagnostic test to determine the sound as his technicians did not touch the area of the problem. After asking follow up questions, Eric quickly ended the conversation and began walking back to the service center. He asked the young man to give my keys to DeAndre. DeAndre was helping another customer. Eric then berated the young man for not simply leaving my keys on DeAndre’s desk. If this young man had done that, DeAndre wouldn’t know what next steps were appropriate as Eric was ready to return to his other work. DeAndre stopped Eric to ask him what did we decide. Eric, very abruptly and quite bluntly, stated that, “they’ll need a diagnostic test” and walked away after leaving my keys at DeAndre’s desk. This was the final straw for me as Eric lacked any sense of professionalism, ability to communicate with customers, and a general sense of respect for his coworkers. DeAndre and Deez attempted to remedy the incident. DeAndre offered to schedule me with a different technician. While this was gracious of him, I let him know that I will not spend money at their service department. This is a long review, however, it is a warning for those coming to receive service who look for a modicum of customer service or human decency to schedule with DeAndre and interact with Deez. If not, take your business elsewhere. *UPDATE* I received the standard response to this review advising me to call the general manager. I've called several times, left several messages, and haven't received a call back. So again, if you value customer service, go elsewhere.

Terrible experience! I should've known the moment i walked in and saw the representative mid conversation telling a customer to just take her keys leave and refused her service. I gave the benefit of doubt because i did not know.... however my experience I dropped my vehicle off 10a.m Saturday morning for an altenator replacement however i was told i needed a diagnostic test i agreed and left my vehicle i call Monday evening because i haven't heard anything i was told they couldn't find my key and i didn't have any paperwork submitted so i would have to wait until Mr. Randy the guy who checked me in returned the next day. Tuesday i get a call stating i did need the altenator but the diagnostic test was $190 which i was not told before hand i asked if they accepted AAA instantly he says no (i knew they did because it was one of the reasons i picked them) i was so disappointed i asked for a manager and was told he was on lunch. I called the number they reply with on these posts and it just transfers you back to service center and they rarely answer their phones. I never talked with a manager!!!

Great experience. Randy Rodriguez assisted me during my last service. He provided a recommended time to come and confirmed the scheduled service. He also gave periodic updates. Randy is truly an asset to the team!

Overall this was a very pleasant experience. Jody (our salesperson) was polite, informative, and gave us enough space and time to make our decision. We love our new Accord!

Service was excellent and timely. The staff was welcoming and pleasant. The technicians were knowledgeable. They explained the problem and how they fixed it in terms I could understand. I even received pictures and updates while they were working on my vehicle.

Feel like i was cheated because I signed a contract for a certain price and then was called a couple days later to be informed that I stilled owed $2000 because of an error on the purchase agreement. Feel like this was done intentionally to get me to sign!!!

I was well pleased with my experience with the service department. I had an oil change and tire rotation done. I was in and out very quickly. Also they made recommendations for other services but didn't pressure me to have them done.

So beyond impressed with the entire team! The personal care and professionalism and passion for the car and the car owners was just amazing. I can’t recommend them high enough. Steve was every car lovers dream mechanic. He was so thoughtful and thorough, unfortunately all the other mechanics I meet from now on will be measured by him and probably fall short of course !
