I recently brought my truck to Ford Wolfchase and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. From the moment I arrived, the staff was rude and unhelpful. It felt like there was no effort to create a positive experience for either current or future customers. I understand that the dealership was backed up, and I was told my truck wouldn't be looked at for 4-6 weeks, which is understandable in a busy setting. However, what I found frustrating was the lack of communication and planning around that. At least provide an appointment to bring the truck in, instead of letting it sit for a month with no updates or follow-up. The real issue, though, came when I spoke to the technician over the phone. I was quoted a price of around $580 for the repairs. However, when I went to pay, the price had jumped to $700. There was no clear explanation for the increase, and I was never informed about any additional fees. The lack of communication between the service team and myself left me feeling blindsided and frustrated. All in all, I was hoping for a much better experience at this dealership. Clear communication, transparency in pricing, and customer care are basic expectations, none of which were met during my visit. I won't be returning or recommending this location to others.

Getting service at the Ford dealership is NOT a good experience. After stopping in to get my rear defroster wire reattached to the window the service tech told me he would need to schedule a glass tech (not a Ford employee). This was on a Monday. On Thursday I still hadn’t heard back, so I left a message with the same tech asking if it was scheduled? 3 days to schedule an appointment is unsatisfactory. The appointment was scheduled for the next Wednesday at 10 am. After arriving at 10, the tech I worked with was on the phone so someone else checked me in. I told her I would wait in the lounge while they fix it. She said ok. An hour later (11am) my original Tech and the glass guy approached me and stated I was supposed to drop off the truck and pick it up later. I notified him that I told them I would wait. Bottom line, the glass tech wasn’t even there until 11am. They scheduled the appointment at least an hour before the glass tech arrived and didn’t tell me. So I wait. It also took 3 days to schedule the glass tech. I also asked about fixing a parking sensor and was told it would be 5-6 weeks to even diagnose the problem. It takes me 5 minutes to completely remove the sensor and swap it out. 5-6 weeks for them? Unacceptable! I had a recall item I wanted to get fixed one time. I couldn’t schedule it for nearly 6 months! Again, unacceptable. I would definitely not recommend using the Autonation Wolfchase Ford service department.

I had a great experience at AutoNation Ford Wolfchase. Took my 2022 Bronco in for an oil change, and had the air filters changed also. Great group of folks. I will definitely be back!

6 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Charged for a tire rotation that wasn't done (I mark the rims to check the rotation pattern).

My 5 stars are based on the considerate & compassionate service rendered by Ms Shelby. She was over the top in getting my situation resolved. She, along with Joe, got my vehicle repaired rather quickly after I had spent 4 weeks going back and forth trying to get it fixed. Ms Shelby us a great asset to your company

Not the greatest experience this morning. A week ago, I scheduled a service valet to take my vehicle today at 8:30am for regular maintenance and to run diagnostics on it for the check engine light. Received a text this morning reminding me of my 8:30 pickup. At 9:30, when no one had arrived or contacted me, I called the dealership, in which I was placed on a 30 minute hold. I hung up, called back, and was told that my appointment wasn't in their system, but they would send someone immediately. No big deal, sometime technology fails us. I received a message when my vehicle got there, that my check engine light was on. Knowing that the service manager couldn't find my original appointment and what was scheduled, I messaged the advisor back letting him know that was one of the reasons the vehicle was there. I just received my vehicle, and the check engine light was not addressed, just notated that it was on, despite me reaching out. The advisor never once replied to my messages, nor contacted me regarding the completed services on my vehicle, just sent the invoice with the valet. Both valets that I encountered today were very friendly, so they deserve some praise. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in this visit, as I have never had an issue before. I understand it is the day before a holiday and they are probably busy, so I tried to be as understanding as I could, but the complete lack of communication is frustrating, and as a result, I will need to have my car back in service for a second time.

I made an appointment to have service done on my truck. Had to wait a week for the appointment only to have them tell me that they wouldn’t be able to work on it for 4-5 weeks. Not only that but I couldn’t just take my vehicle home and bring it back at that time. No. They wanted me to leave my vehicle THERE for 4-5 weeks until they could get to it. They had the part. It’s a common issue with this vehicle. Takes 30 minutes to fix but no. What is the point of having an appointment if they can’t fix it during the appointment?

I visit this dealership regularly as it is close to my home. I have been to other businesses, yet this dealership stands out to me.It has everything I need to consistently evaluate and minimize cost of ownership of my new truck. I worked for Ford at the dealership level for over 13 years in Missouri. I am now back home in Tennessee and work for Ford at the Stanton Tn plant. I am very critical on how people handle their business. I appreciate how the service department handles their business on a daily basis. As a Safety Officer I notice that there are good habits in the work area also. This mitigates any work injuries. Thanks again Ed and Barabara and everyone!!! Mike West

Ms Shelby, the service manager, was outstanding! She promptly took care of my ongoing problem & got my vehicle fixed immediately. Also, after I picked up my truck, she checked with me a day or two later to make sure everything was alright. Great customer service from Ms. Shelby!

Service dept 👎 Scheduled my truck oil + fuel filter change ahead of time Took 2 hours total for just oil change as they didn't even have the fuel filters there. But said I could wait 30+ more minutes for them to send someone to a store to get them Only filled 3 of 4 tires to 80psi as requested Tried to say my air filter needed replaced (had just changed)

Thank you to Gary D. (Service) and Joshua C. (Parts) for helping me with my son’s truck. Both men were friendly, helpful, and listened to my questions and concerns. AutoNation Ford Wolfchase has been my favorite Ford dealership for 15 yrs and 3 vehicle purchases. You can make service appointments online, the waiting room is huge and clean, and everyone is professional and approachable (Tommy in sales awesome).
