Awful experience trying to sell my vehicle to autonation. Bait and switch. Changed price after making formal offer. Blamed me for going to get another price from a non identified autonation dealer. Incredible. Avoid at all costs. Go to carmax or anywhere else to sell your vehicle

Flash warehouse update. Mobile truck came to my home. Technician spent about 45 minutes on the update. Went to go to store shortly after update. Update failed. Later that evening I went on you tube, I then went to the vehicle connected my own wi-fi and I downloaded the new software. Works great now

Outstanding service from everyone along the chain, from Trevor in sales to Carlos in financing. It was by far, the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had, and can't thank the team enough. Small repair was needed after purchase, and all parts and service we're expedited. Really, couldn't have been better, and I'll be looking to do all of my vehicle shopping there in the future!

Probably my worst experience of customer service with any main dealer I’ve been to. Used automation Ford on 3 occasions now and each time it’s been a shambles. Total incompetence with the service advisors and zero preparation in terms of work scheduling completed in advance of taking my car in - after pre-booking the work ! Total lack of care and customer service - 1 star at best

Steve and others in the Service department are a SEA change for me, after dealing with Tesla customer care for 4 years. I am a ditcher when it comes to Tesla customer service. My Tesla Model Y 2021 broke down, or had tears or dead in the garage issues and customer service was helpful/no cost but a pain in the neck there! Steve D. by contrast is very nice, helpful and everyone in the After market sales, + Ford Katy Service department was helpful, knowlegeable and courteous. We are very happy to come here and will never hesitate to come here again, as they treat with respect, dignity and care! Love them!

I have been there yesterday and I was positive impressed about the attitude and attention of the team to me. Firstly at the door I was greeted by Trevor Powers and he started to ask me about my problem with my car. I’ve explained to him and he made everything to resolve and he referred me to the technical and mechanical department. After this Dustin Thomas with Habib Humayun were able to find the correct wiring diagram I needed, they were so friendly and patient in getting involved with the problem and they finally gave me what I was looking for. I really appreciate your job and your knowledge, thank you so much for everything to everyone, you’re an amazing team, CONGRATULATIONS FOR YOUR WORK! See you soon!

I picked a great day for an oil change. I was in & out in 35 minutes. Oil, multi-point inspection, & tires rotated. My service agent, Jonathan, was polite & helpful and took care of everything. He even walked me out and checked to make sure my engine oil alert had been reset. Great service!

On 12-31-24 we test drove a 23 Ram and liked it. We called our salesmen (2) 1-2-25 to discuss purchasing and never had my call returned. I called and spoke with another sales person and after several texts and calls we settled on price and trade and scheduled an appointment to pickup the truck. Then a 4th salesman (Demetris) called answering a previous message and once letting him know about the sale he got rude and said that truck was sold the day before. I said no one let me know and asked how can they not know it has been sold, and he accused me of cursing and hung up. I called back and spoke with a 5th salesmen and wanted to talk to a manager and he tried to help but he spoke with someone then came back and said he didn't have to listen to me and hung up. No call back from a manager yet. Don't expect one. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
