STRANDED 1.5k MILES FROM HOME W/ 3 KIDS! While on a road trip across the country, my mid way point was reached with a check engine light on a newer used Toyota Sienna 67k miles. Autozone code reader said it was a crankshaft issue. It's about to be all bad. Until i called Zach at ARMs, he immediately shared my concern and asked me to bring it in asap, which i did. After talking and going over numbers, we agreed to the terms, and they began the work. After doing a diligent diagnosis, they determined it wasn't the crankshaft but the sensor to the crankshaft. Because of their hard work and integrity, they found the true root, replaced the part, and had my family and i back on the road in just a few hours. Now, I'll also add a nod to the owners of this location. You guys have the best waiting room I've ever had the pleasure to wait in at a mechanics shop. Thank you for the great work and hospitality.

Finally a mechanic I can trust. He could have easily done what I thought my vehicle needed, but instead said no it doesn't need it. The diagnostic fee was well worth not paying for what I thought it would be.

So I have mixed feelings about putting this review in but I tried to let them make it right. Basically, I brought my Mini in here after buying it with a bad water pump. I’ve now had that water pump replaced by them twice. So far at least this repair seems to be holding for now. When we picked it up the first time we noticed two things. The CEL light came on because of one of the hoses in the coolant system came apart while driving. When this happened we noticed that the hood latch cable was completely disconnected. This was right after the car was picked up and brought home that night. They tried to explain to me it was already broken but up to that point I was unaware of it being broken as I had opened and closed the hood several times looking for the leak. The reason I know they didn’t tell me it was broken is because when we found out that the coolant hose came apart I was unable to get into the hood. I was able to get it back together by putting it back in its bracket. Fast forward to the new water pump they installed it comes back and again a hose came loose. This time it was worse and had to have the car towed to a local shop. It was also found that the cable was completely ripped out from the panel and the panel disconnected from it normal place. I called the shop and notified them of what my shops findings were and asked if they would meet me in the middle on the repairs. They explained to me that “they had it notated it was broken back in July”. Yea, when I told them it was broken. I texted our onsite contact with the original issue the night my girlfriend brought it home . At this point we will not be bringing any of our vehicles back. If the shop contacts me with a further positive response I will edit this to match the solution given.

Great job. Fast and efficient. Plus, the team found another issue that would have caused me excessive issues. Apparently, the harmonic balancer wore out and broke loose. They showed me the problem and let me decide how to proceed.

Quality mechanics and excellent service provide customer satisfaction here. You have to try it to believe it. I highly recommend you take your car here to find out what the problem is and get it fixed right. They will treat you fair and friendly. They are my new go-to auto repair and paint shop.

Tim is great informative and honest. If you’re having any car issues I would recommend brining your vehicle here. They take care of you and send you on your way, it’s a great shop, as a female it can be pretty intimidating to visit these places,I’ve gone to other places and have left either unsatisfied or more confused as I walked in. Not the case here !
