I'm a first time customer. I was browsing the internet looking for an auto shop to diagnose an engine light on my 2917 hyundai tucson. I met Dan, one of their tech who was friendly and nice and showed me the way to their office. The office was clean and neat and the staffs (Natalie and Mia) are courteous and very helpful. making me comfortable while waiting for my van to be serviced. Mia fixed me coffee while I was waiting. The price they charge me was pretty decent ( I suppose) My car is back on the road. My overall experience here was pleasant. The only only downside was the extra $15 they charge me for using my credit card. Other than that, everything was great.

To anyone out there who wants top quality work done on your vehicle, go check out Automotive Pros on Barstow in Fresno CA! Specifically ask for Natalie or Nia. They both are very professional and courteous. They will go out of their way to see to it that you are satisfied with the top quality work on your vehicle and treat you with the utmost respect! They are diligent and will keep you informed on the process as well as any updates on your vehicle. I highly recommend Automotive Pros because of their professionalism and they will not try to over charge you to get your vehicle back on the road and in safe driving condition! Give them a call if your vehicle needs service or go checkout them out off off Golden State and Barstow. I promise, it will be worth it! To Natalie and Nia, thank you guys again for a job well done!

I got an alignment done here. The waiting area is very clean and the people were very nice. There was a minor issue with my vehicle and the tech explained it very well. Would recommend this shop.

I was traveling from out of town and broke down near their shop. I was hoping I'd get a good deal at a fair price and they didn't disappoint! On top of that the customer service was great! Shout out to them for getting me nick on the road within a couple hours!! Natalie, Mia and Ernesto were awesome!

Great service, Great customer service, they even replaced my key fob battery (I brought my own battery). They previously diagnosed my car when I came for an oil change and gave me an estimate for the other fixes, and booking an appointment to follow up was easy! Will be returning.

Excellent and quick are 2 words I would use to describe this shop. They are great with communication and are able to identify and fix whatever is wrong with your car. They work with most warranty companies. My differential blew the week of Thanksgiving, they we able to order a new part, install it and return it to me in less than a week. They are a little more on the expensive side, but when it comes to getting your vehicle fixed, you don't want to cheap out. Well worth the price.

Automotive pros has such great customer service. My car wasn’t running and they were able to come and pick up my car and take it in the shop, 2 days later I have my car back on the road ! Such great team Rico, Clayton , frank , Daniel and Natalie were great and explained what needed to be done to my car . Definitely can trust them and I will be back in the future!

Great Customer Service as soon as you walk into their doors. My car always comes out fixed ready for the road and these guys will go the extra mile to make sure your taken care of for your automotive needs. They also do check ups to let you know about any up coming maintenance your vehicle will need.

I needed new tires for my truck Ernesto and his team managed to get me the same exact style tire I've always used in a very timely manner when other shops said they couldn't and that it would take weeks to ship!I highly recommend Automotive Pros for all your needs!

I took my truck into Automotive Pros for an oil change. Everyone, from the front desk to the service members, we professional and welcoming. They changed my truck’s oil and looked into some issues I was concerned about. I will definitely be returning for any of my future maintenance needs.

My go to shop whenever I have any issues with any of my cars. Great shop lots of experience , great customer service , and always answering any questions. The people here are honestly amazing. If you’re looking for honest and trustworthy professionals to fix your car then look nowhere else. I have taken several of my cars here and every time they are patient, kind, and go above and beyond with me. They explain to me my options, answer my questions, and just tell it to me straight. I’m new to the area. Lived on the east coast a good chunk of my life, where I left behind a great mechanic - shout out Jesús and the crew! I brought my 2014 Tacoma in one day to get some work done (just hit 100k) and customer service was top notch. Let me know if things I might want to look at during my next visit but without being pushy. That was awesome! Will definitely be back.
