Honest, timely and friendly. I am so thankful that Jeff from Jeff’s auto referred me to automotive excellence. I called and they were able to get me in the next day. When I arrived Austin remembered our conversation and knew exactly what I needed. Not more than 30 minutes after dropping off my vehicle he called to let me know what they thought the problem was, provided me a quote and said they could do the work that day. A few hours later they called to let me know my car was fixed and it ended up being a little less than they quoted. Austin even showed me exactly what had gone bad and what he replaced. I will definitely recommend this company and if/when the time comes again I will return. Thank you for being a trustworthy business with excellent customer service.

I'm a long time customer. I trust their expertise and they are able to fix my cars without pushing unnecessary repairs. Don't expect a big lobby or shuttle service. Plan on getting a ride and leaving your car for the day. Excellent mechanics.

Brought my truck in for some service issues they were able to get me in the following morning which was really nice to carrying my truck had it back by the end of the day everybody there was professional friendly and the service was great!

Had a ram tick and of course dealer diagnose it as lifter replacement and cam shaft replacement and they were charging arm and a leg for it. Automotive was there to save me a thousand dollars and do the job right. They just need to work on customer service skills over the phone
