We run Phillys Wings N Things LLC, a food truck out of Torrington. We came to Douglas for a pool tournament. We were having problems with our generator and after 5 hours of trying everything with help of others, we were unable to facilitate the tournament that night. Later that evening we received a call that someone could help us out. Not only did Tyler come to our rescue but he was able to resolve the generator issue. He was very proficient and knowledgeable in what he does. I am forever grateful for his help, especially since it was wayyyyy after hours and if it wasn’t for him, we would have had to wait until Monday to be seen by someone else. Great job, thank you!

My car had broken down outside of Douglas on a Saturday, so I was towed into Douglas and got a room for the night. He worked on my car and got me back on the road on Sunday for a very reasonable price (and despite not being open on Sundays) and even called Monday morning to see if I had made it home ok. I would HIGHLY recommend this business.

I was on a trip from Texas heading up to Montana, at 3am in the morning my transfer case exploded. I called in the morning after having my truck towed there. I talked to Tyler and asked him if he could replace it and figured out if anything else is wrong with it. he called me later that day and told me he could get the parts in and get my truck up and running. he was very honest with me and very respectful towards me. gave me a fair and honest price for the repair. I would recommend him and his crew for any repair.

Tyler came to our rescue when we hit a dead deer on the freeway and began having issues with the radiator. He helped us off the road, to a hotel and had us back on the road with a radiator replacement in under 12 hours. Incredible service!
