I've used Autometrics for a number of years now from simple jobs like alignments and more complex jobs like engine out repairs on a GT3 and have always found them to be the paramount of perfection when it comes to how they not only complete the job but use a level care and concern as if they themselves owned the vehicle. There simply isn't a better place around at all for high end vehicle repairs and modifications, especially when it comes to Porsche. Forever a customer and a friend.

I’ll start with how nice the shop is, almost lab clean and impressive. Staff is nice too. I got my M3 aligned over the course of 2 days, which required going back for another attempt. It’s still not right and pulls and each time the specs were way off due to a “tech issue”. If you’ve got a P car this is probably the place to go, but if not I cant really recommend unfortunately due to my car leaving in worse condition than when I dropped it off, and still having to pay for the most expensive alignment.

I have been in and out of Porsche garages most of my life but I must comment that Autometrics is by far the cleanest/immaculate space I have seen. The attention to detail is unmatched and customer service was knowledgable and professional all while making me feel like I had been a customer for 20 years. I got a tour of the facility and racing storage which was beautiful. While walking through I saw a mechanic on his hands and knees cleaning a spot on the floor that was left from some oil spilt. I thought I might be on another planet at this point as that seemed so far fetched in a shop! lol I was bringing in my 951 Turbo in due to a spongy clutch. Eric and the team did a great job diagnosing the issue and started with the most simple and cost effective approach first(which you don't find in many shops these days) before jumping to a major maintenance. When I picked up my car it drove better than it did before and the clutch had proper pressure and release again. They also respected and obliged to keep my car inside as it has never been rained on before. Cheers to the team at Autometrics. I could not speak more highly to their professionalism, honesty, and skill at what they do day in and day out.

I recently brought my GT3 to Autometrics, Inc for its intermediate service. I had met with service manager Eric and we discussed just what needed to be done looking over my previous service records. I asked for him to take some pictures of the car when disassembled so I could see...he obliged. Autometrics has a clean, no immaculate service garage. They work on Porsches/race cars but work on other makes also. They will do all work on my car that I cannot do...Thanks Autometrics..thanks Eric

8 years ago I purchased a 1990 BMW 325i (Fritz) with 99K miles on it from a gentleman in Florida who 10 years ago at 80K miles had Autometrics completely recommission the car mechanically. It has been an extraordinary vehicle in every way and I have been remiss in waiting so long to shout to the world what an amazing job Autometrics did on this car. I bought it as a 3rd car for BMW Club events, etc., but ended up using it as an almost daily driver and a track car 2 to 3 times a year for BMW & Porsche Club 3 day HPDE events on the F1 track at Circuit of the Americas. Now, at 195K miles it is better than ever. My 5 series sits in the driveway waiting for vacation highway duty while I blast around Austin and the scenic Central Texas Hill Country highways in the quintessential E30. Thank you to Autometrics and Mr. Parker for giving me an incredible 8 years of unbridled sheer driving pleasure behind the wheel of the old school, totally analogue 1990 BMW 325i, of one of BMW's best ever Ultimate Driving Machines! I needed an alignment for my ID.4 and didn't trust less qualified options. Dealership didn't get it done when they had my car all day with a prior appointment. Autometrics got it in and out quickly. My tech pulled down the latest tech specs for correct settings. He was enthusiastic about his work. Highly recommend shop. I will use them in the future. Great shop.

I've always heard good things about Autometrics, even though I live on the other side of the state in Greenville. Their reputation in Porsche service travels that far! Fast forward to last year; I purchased a 964 out of Chicago with little to no maintenance history, but the plan was to restore the entire car anyway. I'm currently about 80% through that paint/body/interior restoration and although the engine runs great, I had no reference to prior services and what it might need in the near future. After using various resources to no avail, something made me just google the VIN. This turned up a decade old rennlist thread stating Autometrics had done a plethora of work some years back. Excited but not expecting much, I called Autometrics to see if they had any records they could send over. My history with busy high profile shops is they typically don't care to give a new face the time of day, especially when the call isn't about scheduling work... but when Eric picked up the phone and I told him my car's story he was was friendly and eager to help! As he looked for service docs pertaining to my car, he told me that around that time they switched computer filing systems and if the service predated that switch, they probably don't have the records any longer. After a little while he came to the conclusion that that was indeed the case. Before ending the call, he asked for my contact information in case the records turned up. A week went by and to my absolute surprise, an incoming call with their number on the caller ID comes in. I answer, and it's Eric with great news, he was somehow able to fire up the old system and retrieve the service history including some majors like a total top end engine rebuild and a transmission replacement! It turns out the services were performed 14 years ago, but the car has only traveled 12,000 miles since! Knowing these services were performed not only gives me great peace of mind, but also decreases my to-do list and adds value to the vehicle. I can't thank Eric enough for going out of his way for someone across the state and mailing me these records! If I ever find myself living on the coast and in need of Porsche service, there is no doubt I would go to Autometrics. Thanks again Eric!

If you need to have your Porsche serviced, looked at, repaired, modded, or really anything else, this is the place. You will not find a more professional and knowledgeable staff. I brought my 911 to Eric and the Autometrics team not knowing exactly what was wrong. They quickly diagnosed it, didn’t overcharge like a dealership would, and had my car ready to roll. Eric is a super service tech/liaison who answered all questions with promptness, professionalism, and intelligence. I will be having them do some modification work soon and will use them as my “go to” shop moving forward. I couldn’t recommend them any higher. 5 stars!

I’ve been going to Autometrics for many years with a few different vehicles and the quality of service and their expertise is second to none. I recently brought my M3 here for some suspension work and an alignment. Eric was professional from start to finish and kept me updated along the entire process, answering any questions I had. Tyler went above and beyond with the part installation and track alignment. It’s the professional environment and attention to detail that keeps me coming back time and again. And the new facility is phenomenal

I was referred to Autometrics by my trusted friends at Emmits . I'd just finished a service plan on my 2016 Accord Sport and Honda discovered an issue with my belt pulley . Everything else was " in great shape " Honda said . The very next day I went to Autometrics Inc. As soon as Mark popped the hood , he noticed a serious leak under my valve gasket cover ! Yikes 😳 !! No one saw THIS at Honda ?!? I immediately called Honda and was told " probably a little spill or overflow from my oil change the day before . I brought my car to Honda and insisted they inspect the gasket . I'd already read the gasket SHOULD HAVE been replaced at around 50-55,000 miles . I have 60,000 ! Never mentioned that I might need to replace( ever)at Honda and that " Platinum Service Plan " cost a pretty good sum ! Had I continued driving my car it could have been catastrophic to entire engine !!! Honda fixed the gasket free as they should have . I will be going to Autometrics from now on . Mark is a nice guy and VERY TALENTED MECHANIC TOO . He actually let me drive my car to the bank to get the money I owed him ...that really means a lot to me , that he trusted me on first visit . I ended up spending over 100 .00 less getting my car repair done at Autometrics than price quote from Honda ! Plus, Genuine Honda parts and minimal wait , really fast ! No need for two trip, loaner! Love Autometrics Inc. Thank you Mark ... SUPPORT SMALL LOCAL BUSINESS ...GO GO GO !!!!
