If you need your car or truck worked on do not bring it to Autolocity.I took my truck there they work on the transmission kept my truck for 6 weeks I had to take it back 6 times to get it worked on less then one year later I had to put in a new transmission in it these people are not Authorized mechanics mechanics.THESE PEOPLE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO A HALF ASS JOB ( BEWARE)

Prompt, professional service. Jobs get completed faster than expected. Accomodations are made by Felix when I dont have appointments. I have taken several of my vehicles to Autolocity since he began his business. I fully trust Felix as he is a trained foreign vehicle technician.

THEY DO NOT FIX YOUR CAR PROPERLY. DO NOT take your car here!! I got my transmission fixed by them in April 2024. My car broke down on Thursday and I had it towed to him Friday with the transmission being messed up again due to a “components failing” . On Monday, I called around 9 to see if they was going to drop it off, he said they had an appointment at one. I called back at 1:52 and he said he just dropped it off not even an hour ago. He called me back and told me the other place was still working on my car. I called them and they said he NEVER dropped the car off. Fast forward, the car had to be sent back to him to fix and I called him again today and he told me there was cars in front of me and when I address him lying he told me to come get my car. UPDATE TO RESPONSE! YALL ARE LIARS. I have proof that you LIED THREE times to me. Yes I needed a rental because yall had my car since Friday and told me NOTHING. YOU NOR THE DEALERSHIP told me about the fluid being “low”. I told CarShield everything and I have recording of our conversation. So please keep coming with the lie. Yall are BULLSHIT! And don’t need to be in service! You told me since i keep calling 4 times a day then come pick it up, WELL I WAS CALLING BECAUSE YOU LIED AND SAID YOU DROPPED MY CAR OFF AND NEVER DID!! I reported yall to the consumers so keep on lying. And yall called WAYNE THOMAS CHEVROLET LIARS?? Because they’re the ones who told me you NEVER dropped the car off. God don’t like ugly and your shop will NEVER prosper.

I wouldn't want them to touch my car again! The engine they put in my camaro had warped head gaskets, blew again and when they put the engine in again they didn't properly bolt in the transmission and misinstalled the clutch and now they need to put a new clutch and transmission in to fix what they broke! The sad thing is when I gave them my car nothing was wrong with the clutch it was only 8 months old but they told me when I picked it up I needed a new clutch! I do now to fix what THEY broke

Autolocity is a great place to take your foreign vehicles. I’ve been using them for years. Recently they reached out to Mercedes on my behalf and the repair was covered. It was going to cost me hundreds of dollars- Instead I saved! They give itemized details of repairs. I absolutely love this service shop!

Felix is always very helpful. I’ve had two mechanical issues on separate occasions where he was able to fix and have my car back to me same day at fair prices. I will return in the future for any more issues.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT bring your car here. I brought my car here to get fixed and it came back running differently (worse than it did before). When I explained this to them they told me it was because of previous problems. This is false though because if it were a previous problem, my car would have been making theses sounds before I brought it to them. It is as if my concerns are being tossed aside because they have had my car for two weeks trying to figure out where they went wrong. Terrible terrible TERRIBLE experience and so much stress. I have gone back and forth 40 minutes to this place too many times. Don’t even do it to yourself. P.s. I don’t even leave reviews but they got me all the way messed up.

Had a bad oxygen sensor. Autolocity diagnosed problem and put in new one. The new sensor went bad next day, Autolocity checked diagnostics again found new part was defective and replaced it. Ian vert pleased with the job and follow up car runs great now. Have used them before and will use them again.

We have a 2019 VW Atlas that needed a new battery. Since the computer also has to be reset, I went to 3 places before I found Autolocity. I called this morning and had planned to drop it off this afternoon so it could be installed tomorrow. When I got there, the gentleman said he could do it then. He stayed past 5:00 to get it done. He also noticed an oil leak (that I was aware of). I asked why he put it on the lift for a battery change, and he said they do courtesy checks on every vehicle. The oil filter was loose. He did 3 turns to get it right. Thuis is how to run a business! I will be back.
