Although never a previous customer, Issac treated us as though we were longtime clients; guiding us with honest opinions and quality results. He and his crew are a true asset to the community!

Brought 2 of my cars here, and they were able to get them in and work on them the same day. Prompt and quick service. They let you supply your own parts but won't warranty it unless they sell you the part. Will continue to bring my vehicles here.

Angelo at Auto-Lab was honest and gave me a great deal on replacing my rear brakes. I would definitely recommend Auto-Lab and will use them again for my future car repairs!

My fiancé took his car there they first said it was the timing chain belt then they said oil was leaking from under the car so they start up the car and then said it was the whole engine so we wait for about 3 months the car has not been moved they lie about everything and still have are car

Staff is super friendly and the tech I talked to was very knowledgeable, but communication is lacking and I feel like they gouged me fairly deep. Took the car in on a Thursday for a misfire and they said they would contact me Saturday. I called near the end of the day and was told call for an update on Monday. Called again and was told they'd give me an update by the end of the day but it never came. Called back on on Tuesday and they were working on it. Turned out to be just a cracked plug so they replaced it and the ignition coil. Problem was they didn't confirm a quote before they completed the work and charged me $160 for a solitary coil. Even base NGKs MSRP at like $60, and it's not like it's a performance vehicle so I'm not sure why they said they decided to go with one so expensive. Overall not my absolute worst auto shop experience, but I do feel like they were scummy when it came to money. But the job is done and done right, and again the staff was very friendly.

They were great, they completed my 60,000 mile service on my Jeep and it was SUPER affordable. They charged $60 when all surrounding shops charged $200+. I'll go back to them for any issues!

Great honest Auto workers, reasonable rates. Unfortunately our car is tricky and the problem was not completely resolved, however we were able to get it working to be able to drive halfway across the country to get back home! :-)

I had my car into Auto Lab today and they were above and beyond to help me. I was having a code displaying on my dashboard. I had taken to an auto parts store to have it put on there diagnostic machine and it showed as an ABS switch that was needing to be replaced. I took it to Auto Lab to have them fix the problem and have my brakes replaced also an oil change. They just had to reset the abs switch and I didn't need brakes they were still in good condition. All they needed to do is the oil change and I had a coupon for auto lab for an oil change and they were totally honest to not just change my brakes when it just needed the abs switch adjusted and my brakes were in good shape. They also gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was finished so I didn't have to wait for my car to be worked on. Auto Lab just gained a new customer there not out to mess with a woman that takes there vehicle in for repairs. This is a very honest repair shop. I'll be back for sure.

Took my truck in to have the passenger side wheel bearing replaced. After they called me, I arrived to find out that they replaced the drivers side bearing. I asked him why and was told that they were the mechanics and determined the left side was worse (just replaced the drivers side 6 months ago- he did not know that). I was supposed to get a call as the owner of the vehicle to let me know BEFORE they decidedto do something other than what I requested. The passenger side wheel FELL OFF due to the lack of professionalism, and I had to seek service elsewhere. I am currently suing them for damages.

Car was rumbling over 50 mph, James diagnosed the tires+rims as being bad and quickly got them replaced and 100% fixed the issue. He also has invited me back to tighten the rim lugs multiple times to ensure snug/safe fit. I really appreciate his honesty throughout the process and his character to go above and beyond to ensure safety of his customers.

I went in and my rear differential was cracked. They said they could fix it for $2,000 and 6 hours of labor when really it only took less than 2 hours. They want to charge you for the time that your car is there not the time that your car is being worked on.

James went above and beyond - took my car in primarily for brakes and suspension and a whole giant list of other things not working right. He diagnosed everything, got the new brakes on there and was finished in a couple hours. Crazy good work, and no upselling BS or anything of the sort, just a solid mechanic. Five stars!

Nice, honest, reasonably quick service. They looked over the vehicle, told me about what they noticed, and recommended i find a transmission shop for the big issue. I'll be back for the other things that need fixing.

had my car for months to fix my engine the day after i got it back it was leaking oil turns out they completely messed my car up completely it wasn’t drivable and had to be fixed again for months and they also broke my ac for good so they didn’t even fix my car just caused more damage to it…
