Got my car back about a week ago only drove it about 3 times today the steering and damn near the whole system stops working only to find out my radiator hose was never connected. Now my car won’t turn on at all and I feel it’s a lost cause at this point. Edit: just got back home with my vehicle and a $367 charge and left to only assume that the review above is the reasoning after being asked about my review and then told “ I would’ve fixed it for free but🤷🏿” after the fact of asking. what I left was an honest review of my experience. I’d recommend any customers go elsewhere unless you’re looking to become a returning customer or just rack up some petty charges.

I hope a lot of people see this. This company has integrity and a huge amount of respect for customers. I was treated with a huge amount of respect. These people are honest and very understanding. Give them a chance and you won't regret it.

Larry was an awesome technician, very thorough & helpful. Found out the part I needed was discontinued, Larry was trying to find me another solution.

Lleve mi camioneta por un problema de el sistema de evaporación. después de casi semanas me salieron con que la bomba de gasolina no servía . Cosa que no era cierto . Cuando se dieron cuenta que si servía la instalaron de regreso pero me cobraron por ese trabajo ! No los recomiendo !

Brought a truck I was looking to buy here for an inspection and knew right away these guys know their stuff and are trustworthy. Today I brought my van in with an oil leak, John diagnosed it on the spot and repaired it the same day. Foreign or domestic, this is the place to get your vehicle repaired or serviced. Highly recommended.

This was second time taking my car for a different issue. First was antifreeze leaking. It was fixed and paid. Then I took it again to check a/c. He said I need some parts for a/c replace because there was a leak. This time did not do the work. Took to my mechanic I usually use and he said did not find any leaks and service a/c. Also he said there was a antifreeze leak and fix it. Now I’m not sure if J&L fixed anything the first time I took my car. I will look for receipt to see what was done and show it to my mechanic. Do not recommend this shop.

I was super impressed with the owner and his mechanics I went in to get my AC serviced (recharged) and they explained everything to me before they tested my system. They answered all my questions along the way and let me see the readings as they ran the test. Turns out I was low on freon and that my compressor isn't operating optimally but I learned so much that the $74 I paid was waaaay worth it. Very professional and highly recommend .

John and his team are honest mechanics. Been a customer for 12 years. They always find the resolution to your vehicle issues. Their prices are top notch as well! They’ll always find the best deals on parts and don’t kill you on the labor costs. Definitely recommend them. The ASE certification in this group is taken seriously.
