I was recommended this place by a stranger at Walmart after my Jeep’s rear locker went out on my way home while on vacation. Unfortunately, home was 670 miles away and I had to leave the Jeep behind since the fix was not a quick one and there was no way to drive it back home in the state the Jeep was in. These guys were able to house my Jeep while waiting on parts that were on back order. Some other issues were found and they remedied those. The true test of the repair would be made on my trek home. There were no issues and I can’t recommend these guys enough. They were honest with every aspect of the repair, showed me the damaged parts from my Jeep and were fair with pricing. I literally had to have blind faith in strangers in a complete different state to take care of my Jeep. I don’t regret this decision at all. Looking at things in a positive aspect, I couldn’t have broken down at a better place. Thank you Lee and everyone that worked on my Jeep.

I have recently been coming to auto care for my oil changes or other needs and they are always able To work me in right away! I have recommended this place to several people and I will continue coming here. Speed and price are unmatched. 10/10 job everytime

My son took my car in there to get a broken screw out $718 it's set up there because we couldn't afford to get it out they were so nice to not charge any storage when I got my car back it wasn't even put all the way together and they changed the battery for a bad one. Now I'm driving my car after taking it to somebody else

Love this place. They are always very upfront about what the work will cost before they proceed. Just very nice and very honest people, and they always fix what needs to be fixed on my vehicle. (Except once when I had transmission troubles, and then I had to sort out another place for that, but that's understandable.)

Incredible auto repair shop locally owned and operated! These hard working guys aren't the regular "mechanic"- the guys at autocare are the real deal, if auto repairs needed a hero they'd be wearing super capes! Beyond grateful for these fellas and blessed to have found them and get my ride some much needed TLC! Top notch and knowledgeable staff that works w you to see what's going on or if you just need general questions, but I personally prefer the recommendations since I usually have my 2yr old w me so anything that could be a potential concern is essential! I can't express enough how much this place has helped my family and I and how genuine all of the dudes there are! Extremely highly recommended!!! &&thanks again for all your hard work and patience to help me out when I needed! I'm forever grateful that I found this opportunity w y'all! I sincerely appreciate each and everyone of y'all!!!

Jeep broke down on the way back to NWA. My vehicle was leaking coolant. We had crawl from the highway to the first auto shop I could find. They were at lunch. Went down the street to Auto Care. They were professional and looked it at in a timely manner. They figured out the problem, fixed it, and we were back on road to NWA less than 2 hours. Thank you guys. It could of been worst. Appreciate your service!
