My AC in my 1997 Dodge Ram Van went out and took it to a local shop who said it needed some AC lines that were no longer available. I decided to get a second opinion and went to Autocare AC & Auto Repair. Man, am I glad I did. They diagnosed the issue and replaced the seals on the AC line to the compressor and the AC now works great! Nick kept me informed along the way and the Van was in and out in under 48 hours. Clean shop with friendly folks I highly recommend you give these guys a try if you need auto repair! William Robertson

Auto Care Air Conditioning & Auto Repair is a terrific place to get car maintenance and repairs done. They are trust worthy and component. We know when we go there our cars are in great hands. We were once told at another shop we needed a new A/C. Auto Care fixed it for $1.75. It was missing a screw and that’s why it wasn’t working. We have been going there for many years and will continue to.

We recently had to switch our car to an older model that needed a lot of TLC. Nick and his team are so great! They knew exactly how to fix her up and get her safely on the road for us. I send everyone over to him because I know I can trust him and that they do fantastic work at a very reasonable price.

Came in about 2 weeks ago to check everything regarding my car including Ac, nick helped me out (genuine and sweet dude who will tell you exactly what’s wrong or what your car needs), after going to 3 different mechanics and spending about 300-600 at each one I decided to try this place and finally found a place that actually knows what their doing from now on whenever I need something done to any car in my family I’m going straight here. I recently visited this place for a brake issue and had an excellent experience. After about an hour, I received a call from them letting me know that the issue was related to a part they had replaced a few months ago. They were honest and informed me that the part was still under warranty, so they fixed it without charging me a cent! Nick at the front desk was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend AutoCare for any auto repair needs—they provide honest service and really care about their customers.

I was referred to this shop and I am going to seek a refund for a 9600 dollar engine replacement on a 2017 Ford escape. First it had issues the day I got it back it would not accelerate and a transmission failure light would come on. My stepdad took it back and was told they ran tests and there were no problems with it. I didn't have this problem before. Took it a second time month later and still was told they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Then it overheated and was 3 days past the 6 month warranty. Was told it was the head gaskets and they might cover the engine but would then be 3400 in labor. Noooo way was that happening so I was told I needed to get my vehicle out of there then. I had roadside assistance go to tow my car home. Now interesting my stepdad called me at work to say well a car was towed here and in driveway but it's not your car!! WHAT?? I called the towing company who said he was given the keys and was told it was my car. Per the dispatch of the tow company autocare air admitted to the mistake. I am a nurse and got home at 8pm to yes some random vehicle at my house. Called next day and believe it or not had my boyfriend drive that vehicle to them instead of them coming to get it or sending a tow truck. Also was out of tow coverage so had to drive my overheating not accelerating car home. Plus my steering was messed up which wasn't before. I just got my car back from a different mechanic and my engine was replaced and labor costed me 3600 dollars that's a 6 thousand dollar difference and the car is running excellent. I truly hope that Nick you will make this right because I've been told by multiple mechanics to get a lawyer and my money back. Please get in contact with me.

They diagnosed and fixed my AC perfectly and super quick! This was much appreciated in the hot Arizona summer heat. The customer service was excellent as well and the man at the front desk was kind and helpful. I will be coming back in the future!

They did a wonderful job on my AC, 1000$ cheaper than another place I went. They also offer a 1-year warranty for the AC, which is wonderful. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

My apologies for the delayed review, as these guys deserve an immediate five stars. My service was back in late June, I believe. Nick who was my point of contact was beyond helpful, considerate and honest about everything. No work was done before he went over everything in detail. He had me in and out in a few hours for work that would have taken a day or two somewhere else. You’d be hard pressed to find better prices anywhere and when you factor in the quality of work it’s a no brainer. Myself, my wife, my in laws have all become lifetime customers. Thank you Nick!!

My son had his A/C compressor go out and another shop gave him a quote that was criminal in my opinion...talk about gouging! However, we called Nick and he was prompt in returning a call with a quote that was fair, they fixed the truck the next day and within the time frame they promised, and the final cost was exactly as quoted. Nick was great, the service was great. This is how all businesses should be operated...Autocare Air Conditioning & Auto Repair is a fine example for the industry. That other shop...Not so much!

Stopped by since my 2019 QX80 wasn't blowing cold air... a previous shop thought/said they fixed it. Nick was nice enough to take a look even though they were slammed. Had it hack by days end working perfectly... great service, price, communication... even showing me the broken fan. I'd highly recommend.

They were able to get me in quick and my air back running so my kids and I aren’t soaked by the time they get to school and I get to work. I can not express how great of an experience this was. The AC stopped working. This was the first time at Autocare Air and the reason we went there was location and great ratings. They lived up to their reputation. Nick was friendly and knowledgeable. He described their process of how they analyze the fault, I felt reassured that their method was sound, and they were going to find the cause of my AC failure. The analysis and estimate for the repair were done within the first hour, and after approving to proceed with the repair, I got my vehicle back by lunch with the AC working great. Considering how busy the shop was, I was very surprised on how quickly they got to it and fixed it. Great experience! I'm very sure I'll be back when I'll need help for other repairs.

I've been coming here for years and multiple vehicles. Servicing breaks, a/c, tune up, fluids, and any major issue I have had on my vehicles I always come here. The price, quality, and customer service is always superb and they take care of me and my truck!

In late 2022 I brought my Chevy Malibu to this repair shop to have my air conditioner fixed. After checking with the mechanic, I needed an entire removal and replacement. Cost me several thousand dollars. As of three months ago, which marks a year and eight months, I am now repairing it all and its entirety. Within two years, I am paying over $5000 for an air conditioning replacements. I called the shop and they said there’s no record of me getting service done. My fiancée found the invoice on 6/24/2024. In my opinion, I would not recommend this place for others. I am going elsewhere to have it done right.

My truck broke down on the 51 and Union Hills and I got it towed to this shop. Nick was super kind when I got there and asked a lot of questions about what happened. He quoted me a 2 day turn around for the repair. He called me the next day to let me know the issue and to discuss the cost of the repair. They were super thorough in examining the truck and making sure everything was repaired properly. I picked my truck up on the 2nd day and Nick went over the parts and labor with me again. About 30 minutes later I get a call from him letting me know they accidentally charged me for an extra hose and that he would cut me a check for the difference. Overall my experience was just top tier customer service that seems hard to come by these days. The shop is super clean, efficient, everyone is super kind, and they seem to do a lot of business while keeping things moving quickly. Having to do vehicle maintenance or repairs are kind of a drag in the first place but these guys make the process so smooth and easy. And from this personal experience an incredibly honest team of people! I work in transportation so my truck is how I make my living so to have a shop that I can trust, is quick, honest, clean, and a fair price, gives me a so much peace of mind. 1000000/10

My wife’s 2013 GMC Yukon started blowing hot air through the AC yesterday. I looked around and found Autocare Air Conditioning based on their positive reviews. Called them first thing this morning and had the car to them by 9:00 AM. They had it fixed in a few hours and we just got it home. Everything works perfectly and it blows cold air again! This is an excellent repair shop with fair pricing and honest up-front estimates. And getting it done on the same day we took it in was a big plus! Thank you for a job well done!

Nick and his team got me in and diagnosed the problem efficiently, on top of being extremely busy. I had just moved to the Phoenix area and my AC went out in my van.
