Extremely happy with the restoration Charlie did to the collision damage to my car. It looks better than new. He was very professional and kept me informed along the way. Very much appreciate his attention to detail and perfectionism. Highly recommend.

Over promised and under delivered. Charlie had my trailer and vehicle for 10 months and did nothing with it. He was then upset when I wanted to bring it somewhere else. We repeatedly asked for an update and an ETA but none was ever given.

Fixed up my sons car after a fender bender at school. Great people. Very friendly and honest. I even learned a little something along the way. Plus the estimate process was quick as was sourcing the materials. And price was great. I would not hesitate to use them again. And with two teenage drivers I’m guessing I will😜

Had Chuck at AutoBody Specialist cut out Rotten panels out of my. 79 ford Bronco weld new in do the body work as needed then Repaint it with two Colors..and advise me how to squeeze a 460 big Block in it!..Thanks Chuck!!

It took him 6 weeks to do the work, it was one excuse after another. We had a verbal agreement that he would do the work and knock off half of the $500 deductible. But he charged the whole amount. His excuse was he talked to my wife about after market parts,she knows nothing about that. So in my opinion he's not a man of his word. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND HIM.

Was involved in an accident. Charlie did wonderful from handling the insurance company to making sure I was notified every step of the way. He’s a great person to use. I HIGHLY recommend him, especially for collision repair.

We brought our 2019 Toyota Corolla to Charlie Taylor, and he returned it looking like new. The front bumper assembly was missing. Charlie put it all together with new parts, and he helped to set up an appointment for us at a dealership to fix two recall items. We really appreciate Charlie’s personal attention to detail and his going above and beyond what was called for.

I have to say that while I have never had my work finalized, but this was due to my immature ways. I am a caregiver for my parents It is very head to work full time and do this. However, Charlie and Melinda took time to come to my house to look at my car. Charlie and Melinda are good people that are fair and have a good reputation. They are second to none. I am sincerely sorry for issues I caused. May your future business be bright. It was an honor to meet you sir. By the way Charlie, I never thought TOWING would cause my auto insurance to increase. How about them good hands people.

Charlie and Melinda from Auto body specialist were a huge help in getting my front end redone. They found my parts for the lowest price around and made the whole process incredibly simple. Charlie found the perfect color match for my infiniti including the special paint variant. My bumper, grille, spoilers and mirror cover were all prepped and painted flawless. Out of 30 shops in the Charlotte area, auto body specialists had the best deal by far. I paid half the price I would anywhere else and the work was absolutely perfect. Good people who actually care.

Charlie painted our Cadillac after it had been in a wreck. THe color matches perfectly and the job was done on time. I dropped it off, he called me when it was done. That is all I had to do!

Took my truck to Autobody Specialist and Charlie is a no BS type of guy. He pointed out flaws I didnt even notice with the truck which I liked because I could tell right away he was an honest guy. He told me the correct way to paint the truck and walked me through the process of how it would be done. We worked on a price and got to work on it. The truck was finished on time and flawless. I was able to work with Charlie and Melinda on disassembling the truck to help move the process along because I was anxious to see it. I WILL be going back in a few years to do one or more of my classic cars because I know the quality of work and materials are beyond desirable.

Autobody Specialists is excellent in every way. After a recent collision, I called multiple body shops in the area, and most acted like they couldn't be bothered. When I spoke with Charlie at Autobody Specialists, I knew he was the right guy. No BS and right to business. Not only did he repair the car (extensive rear collision damage) to look even better than it did when it was brand new, he dealt with all the insurance and car rental folks to make the experience as easy as it could possibly be. He and his team are super nice people, very professional, and experts at what they do. I hope I never get in another accident, but if I do, Autobody Specialists will be my first call.
