I was referred to Autobahn by my brother who thinks highly of this establishment and the staff there. Without hesitation Robert assisted me and got me an appointment to have my vehicle checked for the next morning. Robert was very helpful in trying to figure out what was going on with my vehicle from driving it to putting it on a lift, and even explained some things to me. I see why my brother says their work is exceptional. Customer Service is top notch!!! You have a new customer. Thanks for everything.

They are great! Helpful, fair, thorough and kind. You dont feel like they're trying to pressure you into anything, and their prices are reasonable. Will come back next time my car needs anything :)

We've been loyal customers of Leith Audi since acquiring our Q7 in 2019, and for nearly as long endured a terrible squealing noise when braking while in reverse. Since it only happened in reverse we eventually grew to ignore it. Fast forward 10+ service visits for various concerns and the noise continued. A recent interaction with Leith's service advisor (obnoxious) about the noise led me to search for an alternate provider. Enter Autobahn Automotive. Not only did Autobahn save us money on brakes and rotors, they also eliminated the squeal by installing a $65 part! Years of aggravation gone! I would never recommend Leith Audi (Audi Raleigh) for service. They serviced the vehicle with tunnel vision and never once suggested this simple, corrective repair. Thank you, Autobahn!

I moved to the Raleigh area literally last week, made a long drive over 800 miles. Decided to go into an indy shop instead of the dealer as its normally cheaper. Buddy charged me $250 for a liquid moly oil change, 0W 20.. Went on bmw dealer site in the area and they have oil change for $120. Very nice welcome to the Raleigh area. Will go elsewhere.

About a month ago I was in a significant accident and out of commission until today. After not driving for nearly a month, my vehicle began making horrible brake noises. I searched for a nearby shop and discovered this location. I was surprised by how knowledgeable they were about my vehicle and the level of professionalism they showed during my visit. The price for my repair was very reasonable, and I was happy with the quality of work. I will return to this location in the future!

Can not say enough good things about Robert and his staff(and wife Erin and his 2 kids.) We have taken all of our cars to Autobahn since we moved to Wake Forest. If I hear something off, or feel something with my car, I can always call and drop by to have him take a listen and a look. In the past 20 years we reared 5 very busy and active children while having driven 5 different cars and 2 minivans. Robert always checks everything and tells us in person/or on the phone, as well as in text& email: what was done, what needs to be done, and in how many miles (or has sent even me straight to the tire store.) We even get pictures of the old parts, and new parts; very interesting when you have a car for 12 years with over 300k miles on it. He checks, services& clears us for the 12 hour road trips as well as the short ones. He has see our kids grow up, and takes care of their cars now, too. We trust him immensely bc of his knowledge and expereince, as well as his integrity. I could fill pages with the stories of how he has helped us with our cars, and his flexibility, as well. You can always leave your car at night and use the key drop box, so he can have your car first thing in the morning. This is especially helpful for those big long repairs like a fuel pump, or a transmission. Can highly recommend Autobahn for consistent quality, conscientious service and always with friendliness.
