2005 Mini Cooper R53 JCW: Had them replace the clutch, front axels, ceramic brake pads all the ways around, coil over and suspension bushings(dropped it down to the perfect balance of performance and aesthetic), and wheel spacers. While they were at it they replaced the rear main seal as well. It drove good before, but it is a whole new machine today. So happy with the result, very kind and helpful people, both Ron and John were great to work with. And as a member of the Mini Misfits club I even got a discount :) 100% recommend. Do it, do it all.

The shop fixed the cylinder head on my 2011 Mini Cooper for thousands less than other shops in Seattle, and inspected an unrelated oil leak for free after a year to see if it was covered under warranty. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is timely!

I find it hard to sum up my experience with the shop everyone I dealt with there, Rod especially with absolutely amazing to work with. I had taken my 2014 mini Cooper coupe S there for a suspected timing chain which, it was. As my car was still under a third-party Insurance company warranty, they were not moving the fastest or making things easy for The shop. Rod and the shop were understanding helpful and reassuring. I have never such a positive experience from a shop before. I recommend anyone driving a European car to go here. This shop is extremely knowledgeable about what they are doing and will provide you with feedback and be in contact throughout the process, you will never be in the dark here. I cannot thank them enough. thank you to the entire shop and a big thank you goes to Rod :-)

Took my car and got some repair work done. And picked it up that’s when the nightmares started. My front finders were damaged Rod/Rob did some repair work to address the issues of the finders go to pick it my car and all the rims were damaged. The cosmetic damages was poorly repaired and the other issues with the rim being cracked. SMH! 🤦‍♂️

Rod was always in communication with me throughout the process - even on a late Friday afternoon. They take pride and stand by their work. We brought in a 2018 BMW 430i for an AC issue and an unusual issue with the convertible top. Rod made sure they figured out the problem and repaired it accordingly. I say this because other shops we've taken it to can't or won't fix it. It's been a couple of months since we got the car back, and everything is still in working order. I will always recommend this shop for any European/German repairs.

The team at Autowerkstatt in Kent came through with flying colors to get to the bottom of the multiple frustrating issues my 2009 Mini Cooper S convertible kept bringing up (that horrible check engine light!) It's all fixed now and has its old pep and sass back and I am thrilled.

Had my car towed in to fix, told them what was wrong, got charged $403 diagnosis fee and then returned car with the same issue and said it's fixed, LoL, not even close guys.

Found this place when I was trying to escape from Seattle Mini dealership trying to scam me with unnecessary repairs. Rod, John and team are very honest and with integrity like every American should be unlike the Seattle mini dealership guys. Ban dealerships and bring direct to customer.

After Seattle Mini told me they would only replace the transmission on my Mini Countryman, instead of just the failed valve, someone recommended this auto shop to me. Dropped the car off with them on March 8th and I had the car back on March 19th and everything was good. The car is driving great. Very professional and clean business, fair pricing and from my experience and what I have heard from many others…they really do great work. I will be taking my car to them from now on even though they are a bit out of my way.

I brought in my 2001 BMW 330ci (154,000 miles) two weeks ago to have a complete rear differential reseal along with replacing my oil pan gasket. Auto Werkstatt also did a complete inspection and recommended putting in a water pump along with lower front suspension control arms (both left and right). Since it was my first time at Werkstatt i was a little skeptical about “additional” repairs, but once John and Payton showed me while my car was on a lift the leaky water pump and front end wear, I was glad that they had found these additional safety issues. There was no pressure from them to complete these additional repairs. I have owned this car since it was new and I plan to keep it for years to come. Rod, John and Payton were top notch and I would highly recommend anyone with a German car to access this shop.

I live in Seattle and had my options of a lot of shops to do the work on my 2003 BMW 540i. The timing chain guides needed to be replaced (common failure on these cars) and I chose to take my car 21 miles out of the city to have the work done here. It’s a very time consuming and expensive repair and requires a lot of knowledge and experience. I had 100% trust in John and his shop and he delivered. There was an issue with one of the parts after the work was done that we ordered (not his doing or his part, he had no way of knowing it was bad) and the part and the work were all warrantied and taken care of immediately. I brought the car back and John kept it until it was completely back to working order. John stands behind his work and guarantees anything that they do and kept me informed the whole way through.

I had to tow my Mercedes to Kassel from Autowerkstatt in Kent where after telling them exactly what the issue was they still couldn’t assess it; this while acting like theyd done a full diagnostic which they had not done. I eventually got a refund for that after making the owner admit they never actually did it. This was after he quoted 20 hours to do what Kassel eventually did in about 10 hours. You can trust Kassel’s integrity and capability.

They did an awesome job on my wife’s 2016 Mini Cooper Clubman. Quality oil/filter and good price. Quality snacks and waiting room that you can also see your car through the window while the mechanic works on it. Took my Audi in to get diagnosed and got repairs done. They did a wonderful job. Absolutely no issues. Great communication. I highly recommend them if you have a german vehicle.
