Best mechanic shop in the city by far. I’ve been going to autoway for 10 years now and never have I found a cheaper and more reliable shop. 1000/10 recommend him to be your family mechanic for any and all needs.

I stumbled across Auto Way because I live close by. I'm now a lifelong customer because I decided to go there! These guys are honest, reliable, and no nonsense. On top of that, they are the most affordable shop in the area (and I know this because I'm one of those guys that used to call a dozen auto shops trying to get the best price.) Russ is the man if you happen to meet him when you stop by! Family owned business, not some cookie cutter chain auto shop that's just going to try to upsell you something or recommend a bunch of stuff you didn't actually need to have done on your car. I could give a few examples where they've gone above and beyond helping me out when I've needed work done on my car, but this review is already getting a little lengthy. So I'll just leave it at, I can't say enough good things about these guys!

Very honest and affordable. No nonsense. Aziz is a fine mechanic and worked with me where it didn't cost me more than it should have. Glad to have found this place. Not easy to find a good mechanic that wont rip you off and provides quality work. 5 STARS.

Wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else. Aziz will go the extra mile to figure out what’s going on with your vehicle, and isn’t going to charge you unless he actually fixes the problem you came for. No other mechanic I trust more now.

New to the area. My trucks AC was not working properly. They got me in the next day and had everything fixed in just a few hours. Mechanics were friendly And professional. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work and overall cost. I will definitely go back when needed

Easily the best experience I've had with mechanics. Not to say i've had bad ones, but Aziz was awesome. I live about a mile away from the shop, and I am very happy with the work performed by him and another worker. They replaced four ignition coils and four spark plugs in 10-20 minutes. Fast. Efficient. Affordable. Thank you for helping me out. I will recommend you to anyone I know.

I have been going to this place for the last 10+ years and these folks have always made sure that the work/repair is done of the highest quality at the appropriate price. At times I have taken work estimates given by Dealer/AAA to Autoway and the owner has told me point blank that none of these things (as told by dealer/AAA) are required. I really, really appreciate the honesty from these guys.

We use this shop for almost all our car repairs now. They may not be the biggest, but they have never tried to sell me a service my car didn't need. They are also very good about letting you know if you have items that are coming up as issues in the near future. Thanks as always.

Always a pleasant experience. They are upfront and honest. At times I feel like they are better in price as compared to others (which I don't mind), however, their straightforward and honest work policy is what takes me there.

Autoway was recommended to me by a friend. They were friendly and welcoming. Russ checked out my vehicle right away, determined the problem, printed out all the paperwork for a recall for me to take to the dealership. It appears the recall has expired so if the dealership should refuse to honor it he discussed pricing for them to make the repair. He backed my car out for me and sent me on my way. No charge! I highly recommend Autoway and will return to them for repairs.

Really great mechanic shop. It is a bit hard to find, to the left of it is another place and you might actually think it is auto way. You have to drive to the back to find it.

This shop is great. They got me in immediately for brake service and saved me hundreds of dollars after I had misdiagnosed my issue. The owner was honest with me about pricing and explained the repair to me. Thanks Autoway. I will be back in the future for all my car needs.

Auto way is the best mechanic shop in Raleigh. They are honest folks and I’ve been working with them for a few years now. They are professional and know their stuff. Another good thing they do is give you referrals to other honest places if they don’t have a certain service you need. All the folks they’ve referred me to are also very honest and trustworthy. I bring my car in and even refer folks I know over here. I highly recommend them for your automotive service needs. For directions know that they are at the back of the building maps take you to. Amazing service with amazing people. Been coming here for years, getting everything that has an engine in it worked on here. From my R6 to my jaguar, whatever I need, these guys get it done right, quick and for a extremely affordable price! Aziz is the man! Always recommend this place!
