Got my brakes fixed. Sean was polite and helpful. He even offered me a loaner vehicle, which i did not take. I drive a Toyota and this was a much better experience than Rice Toyota Dealership. They would charge an arm and a leg just to talk to you. I would recommend Auto trends to all local greensboro residents. Stay local.

I think I’ve just experienced some kind of discrimination from this place. I have been here before to change my oil many times and this is the first time they denied me service. They said it was because the engine light was on and because of the age of the car. But the engine light has been on the other times they serviced it and they gave me the sticker to come back this month.

Until today had a very positive experience here minus the one time they told me they didn't have anyone qualified to work on a transmission issue. But today I went to take my vehicle because my regular mechanic could not work on it as it needed to be lifted. I explained to them what was told to me that the issue was. And then I was told oh well we have to diagnose that and that's going to cost $500 just to do that I'm like dude I'm telling you what the issue is. Now if there was a price of the service that I needed this would have been a fair price because online it says that service ranges from $300 to $600 depending on the shop. Very unhappy and will not come back to this location.

Went there this morning for the first time, Wish I had caught the workers name, I believe it was Scott? Either way, dude was genuine and helpful, Appreciate the advice and its nice he didnt try to push any sales I didn’t want / need.

I never feel like I’m being pressured into making a decision I’m not prepared or comfortable with, and the service is always performed within the time that they promise the car back. Scott was one of the most genuine people I’ve met in a long time. He was honest , thorough and fast. The lobby is pristine, has comfortable seating, a charging station and water/coffee ! I highly recommend this auto shop.

This is the 2nd time I have been here and it was as just a wonderful experience as the first. Staff were very pleasant. Gave me diagnostics for other services needed and was not aggressive about getting the service done that day. I appreciate that. The service advisor at AutoTrends was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The price she quoted us was reasonable, and she was very accommodating with regard to scheduling. The work was just completed yesterday, but as far as we can tell, it was done properly.
