The service team is always helpful, answers questions, discusses options and is just generally nice and pleasant to deal with. They do a once over the on the vehicle and include photos for any problem areas with their estimates, which are easily viewed online. I would happily recommend Auto Tek to my family and friends.

The repair I needed was completed before closing time after I made a requested delay in my arrival time, and they provided a ride home for me after I delivered my car. BTW, David who was recruited to be my driver at the last moment was delightful, a good driver and a pleasure to spend some time with. Thank you.

My 2020 Ford Ranger had a strange squeaking noise coming from the center of the truck. Noise only occurred at speeds above 20 mph. AutoTek diagnosed the problem to be a bad bearing on the drive shaft. Replaced the drive shaft and all is very good. I recommend AutoTek .

AutoTek is the best shop in Austin! I’ve been coming here since 2017 (I also left a review on yelp because they resolved an issues that took two other mechanics couldn’t figure out). I’ll never go anywhere else lol. The entire team is super kind and just wonderful people. I’ll never go anywhere else. Tip: they are busier now than 7 years ago so schedule your oil changes early!

They went above and beyond to ensure I received the best possible service, offering expert advice and helped to get me the best price. It's been incredibly difficult to find a shop with expertise in hybrid vehicles, but AutoTec’s extensive knowledge and skill with hybrids truly set them apart. I won’t trust my car with anyone else after this experience—AutoTec has earned a customer for life!

We have been using AutoTek for the last decade to service our older vehicles no longer under warranty. They a friendly, detail oriented and honest. They always suggest what they feel needs to be done, but are open to a real conversation about what "has to be done". I've recommended a number of my friends to use them and they have also had positive experiences. I don't think you can go wrong by choosing AutoTek if you have an older vehicle that needs service.

Auto Tek is always thorough, and they only perform what you need addressed at that moment (or what you request they address). They provide an in-depth analysis, they are friendly and easy to contact, and they don’t leave you with a lot of BS. Finding a trustworthy mechanic can be hard, but I feel good about taking my vehicles to Auto Tek!

Echoing what a lot of people are saying. Honest and integrity. No pressure on upsell items. Michael listened to my situation and needs, and got me back in my car in a timely manner. Vehicle inspection was comprehensive, and made me aware of some items I can address on my own time! From what I see, this team runs a solid shop.
