Customer service is great! Great communication! Speedy repair! The only concern is my car stunk of cigarettes with ashes in my car. Now I have to spend the same amount of the repair to do a deep detail and ozone treatment. Update: manager called me back to discuss concerns. He said they will establish new rules about smoking near cars.

At first I thought they just took my money without fixing my car and after I did the running around for parts. But once I took it back he fixed it for free and pointed out some other things that he noticed.

I had a "service airbag" indicator on the dash of my 2014 Dodge Durango with 144k miles. It appeared while my wife and daughters made a trip to Columbia only a few days before. Now, I have to take my 2 granddaughters from Charlotte,NC to near Richmond,VA in just a few days. No dealer can work me in. I explained my dilemma to Jr who told me to bring it in. It was a wiring connection issue which we found by collaborating on possible scenarios and clues from his code reader. We discovered the " gremlin" and cleared airbag service warning. I would absolutely recommend Jr and the team to address any issue and come away satisfied with their service...He saved me untold dealer expense and worry about my grandaughter's safety during our upcoming trip!

Where do I begin? Gerald's tires and brakes recommended these guys when I had issues with my 2007 Ford F-150 that were beyond their expertise. It had multiple issues, timing chain, plugs, cam sensor, oil leaks. It was a mess. They jumped right on it and finished up on time but there was an issue that kept popping up. They refused to give up and wanted it right before they would send me on the road. They spent I'm guessing at least $1,600 to $2,000 from parts and labor out of their own pocket just to make sure everything was perfect. This truck purrs like a kitten and has as much get up and go as a brand new one. Phil, Jr. and the crew are without a doubt the best in the business. I won't go anywhere else if I need a specialist to take complete care of my truck or car. Thanks guys.

Highly recommend! Phil, Junior and the team at Auto Tech pulled through big for us. We had a brake issue that was very difficult to solve and potentially very expensive. They put in the hard hours to fix the problem correctly for us and the price was reasonable! I feel like they do honest work and really care. These guys are amazing! Time and time again they amaze me with how fast they work! Their attention to detail is amazing! They go above and beyond each time they touch my vehicle! I've had them replace 2 motors and they have shown so much care for my vehicle. I went behind them and inspected their work. I have discovered that they put every single retainer back in place and covered lines with fuel hose to protect them! Their job isn't just to get your vehicle out the door. Their job is to make sure that they don't see your vehicle again! I am by far amazed at the quality of work they produce! I recommend them to all of my friends! You can't beat their prices either! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Car still sitting there after 5 months !! Rode by today, and noticed a big dent on top of my trunk that wasnt there before I took the car in ! I have pictures declaring that ! They help the ladies, the guys seem to come last ! Terrible business ! I'm sure they will say they didnt cause the dent, I will probably have to get a lawyer ! STAY AWAY !! Also ... Phil is the best guy there, but he hasn't been there in some time ! I've taken many vehicles there & phil will do the job ! But now, the business is ran by a bunch of kids !! The business is nothing like it used to be ! And all my dealership friends say the same thing !!!

Last week our son, who is a college student 4+ hours away from us, had a serious issue with his Honda Civic. Another local small repair mechanic recommended Phil and Auto Tech. We are soooo grateful that Phil communicated what we were dealing with throughout the process and even went the extra mile by going in the day after Thanksgiving so my son wouldn’t be without a car this week. He could’ve easily charged us for a blown head gasket, but tested the engine repeatedly after replacing the radiator and fan to save us big money. We are so grateful that there’s such a thing as an honest car repair business that’s affordable and takes pride in truly helping customers. Highly recommend!!!

My sons 2006 Toyota forerunner broke a timing belt which pretty much ruined the top half of the motor. We were looking at options to replace the motor with Phil at auto tech which looked to be expensive and uncertain looking at used motors with over 200,000 miles on them. Phil recommended to rebuild the motor and said it could be done for less money but also we would know what we’re getting. It took some time to get done, however with the current conditions and parts availability was very understandable. This is also a major undertaking given that they are taking a motor apart they had over 170,000 miles on it. I don’t write too many reviews, but had to provide a review for auto tech because after receiving the car back, I cannot believe how perfect it runs. Honestly it runs better than before the timing belt broke. I’m amazed. I’m sure we’re going to keep this car for a very long time because the motor will last for years to come! Thanks so much to Phil and the guys at Auto Tech, We appreciate you taking care of our car!

I have used Auto Tech for a while. Phil was the guy that helped us. The throttle body went out in my wife's car. She wanted to take it to the dealership. The dealership said the throttle body was $850, plus a list of everything else they wanted to fix came out to a total of $1400!!! I called Phil and he said bring it over. The dealership still charged us $150 for just the diagnostics. We dropped it off Friday afternoon. It was repaired by Monday. The cost? You ready for this? $530. Phil and the Auto Tech crew has to be one of the last few HONEST mechanics around. He has repaired all of my vehicles. They may not look fancy, or serve free donuts and coffee, but I don't care. I don't go thete for breakfast. I go because I want my vehicles fixed right and at a great price. Trust Phil and Auto Tech. Your bank account will thank you.

The owner was very unprofessional.He said the vehicle was a Horror underneath. He didn't know when or if he could get to work on the car.When we picked it up to take somewhere else he said who the hell would want to work on this car..his words exactly.Please DON'T take your vehicle here to be worked on... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Went to another mechanic ..it was fixed in 3hours...
