I highly recommend Auto Tech Plaza! During the last cold spell I had no heat in my truck. Raven & Shawn did a great job getting me going again. They always treat me fairly and exceed my expectations. Great place to get your car repaired.

I had a face to face conversation with Ronny on Wednesday 1/29/25 quoting a simple fix on my vehicle. 135.00.I dropped it off today ,1-31-25 and 40 minutes later was told my vehicle was ready to be picked up, $280 ... I asked for a discount,... 261.16. . I have up the money without the problem solved or any other suggestions without $135.00 per hour +++. I talked to another mechanic that has retired. Found the switch on Amazon for less than 30 bucks! Free install in the love of real people that back the work they perform. Boo Ronny,

Battery replacement seemed good. I like that they checked other parts like alternator. I'm missing the old time with the dog(s). :-)

Had my cars oil change and they are great. Everyone was nice. This was my 2nd time there. Used Groupon with no issues. Will go back again.

They're the Only Place I go & Trust to Do My Oil Changes! They're Excellent with Most of your Auto Needs! In their Waiting area I like that they have a TV that shows a Program on Auto Repairs & it Gives you Great Advice especially on "What You Need to know so you can prevent yourself from being Ripped Off!" I learned a lot watching that program as I waited for my car that was being serviced! They're Friendly & Trustworthy! They Really Do an Outstanding Service! I will keep going back to them!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! As someone who isn’t very vehicle savvy, I need a mechanic I can truly trust—and this shop has always delivered. They are incredibly transparent, taking the time to explain every detail so I fully understand what’s going on with my car. They’ve never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed, which I appreciate so much. Sean, in particular, is absolutely fantastic! He’s always the one scheduling my appointments and going over all the details with me. He’s patient, thorough, and makes sure all my concerns are addressed. Sean truly goes above and beyond to make the process stress-free for me. On top of that, my car is always ready in a timely manner, and I’ve never had any doubts about the quality of their work. Very nice gentlemen who run this place. Very helpful and efficient, although they could not find my key to rotate the tires. I found it afterwards where I had told them it was and they offered for me to come back in anytime to finish the tire rotation. Would recommend and will be back.

Great costumer service, took the time to call and explain problems and recommentions. I know they are honest because I took my car to another place for oil change and they told me I needed new front struts and rear ones shortly . I didn’t say anything to AutoTech. It was a new used car for me so I wouldn’t have known… I checked car fax and they were done a few years ago about 23,000 miles on them. Apparently, the struts on the front were fairly new in this other place quoted me close to $1000 for parts and labor. The problem was I had no steering fluid and I needed a new steering rack and pinion. The place I had my oil change done should’ve caught that. Raven the mechanic that worked on vehicle told me that the front struts were in great shape. Thank God there are honest people out there. I will be taking my car there from now on.Thank you Raven so much car is driving like a charm!

I needed a last minute appointment for a used vehicle I'm wanting to buy. Sean and Raven we're great with customer service and very informative. I have needed Autotech Plaza before with various last-minute things with my other vehicles. Autotech Plaza has always been willing to help even last minute towards closing time. I am very impressed with their customer service. I am also glad that they guarantee their work for anything that they repair.

They were very knowledgeable and helpful. All work is done with a warranty and I can trust that my car will get me across country with their work. Very friendly, respectful, and honest. I come here with all my vehicle needs!
