My car broke down unexpectedly and I needed to be back on the road in a day. They gave me a quickly turn around and their prices are reasonable. Great group of people there. I live in Lakewood, but in the future, I plan to drive there and get my preventive maintenance down to my car, these guys left a lasting impression on me. Great service, Great people!

When I found out this shop charged a single mother of four $200 for a diagnostic fee to look at a radiator hose leak (pop the hood and look in the engine bay) I had to leave this review. No repairs were done and the fee would not be applied to the cost of the repair. Predatory practices on the most vulnerable members of society. Shameful and unacceptable. Update response to the Owner: You charged her a flat $200 diagnostic fee and then you charged her the additional $160 for the purge control valve/ check engine light issue. She waited 45 mins after the repair for your technician to come back from a long lunch because the stand-in tech wanted to charge her more than the quoted price for the purge control valve. Your prices varied depending on who's working the register. I replaced the clamps on the radiator hose last week (along with the hoses and thermostat). The clamps were old and the coolant was leaking from corroded housing inlets. Didn't look like an 'Free' work was done, and if anyone had gone through the trouble of replacing the clamps it was a insufficient and unsatisfactory fix. With all that said my family will not be back to the shop. I'll handle their repairs. You've lost some customers.

Didn’t need an appointment, took a look at my situation almost immediately and fixed it the same day. Had some AC problems and now I have cold air again. Staff was professional, educative and direct on what was needed to be done. Would recommend it to anyone that needs a quick fix.

Very knowledgeable and very honest! They were very helpful and got my vehicle in fast and fixed my vehicle very quickly. Definitely will be a repeat customer and bring all my vehicles back for service.

Always a positive experience. Jim and the crew here are so nice and always take excellent care of my vehicle. Priced fairly. The only thing I would say they could improve on is communication and letting you know progress updates and how long they will have your vehicle if they’re troubleshooting.
