I bought a new ignition node from this company. It turned out to be faulty. It came with a warranty. I had an issue getting a hold of the company because the text number that they give is not very responsive. However I did end up calling the number and talking to Walton and knew his stuff and was very kind. They sent me a new one right away and all is working great so far!

As employee for a carrier company. . Came across a shipping label that was paid for and addressed by the company and got the ship to and ship from back wards. When we tried to contact the person who made the shipping label she got all mad as we tried to let her know. I'd be mad too if I got called out for making an idiot shipping label mistake costing the company money.

Please don’t go to this place , I took my daughter’s truck to get fixed . I payed for a diagnostic and they gave me the wrong one making me buy the computer when it wasn’t even the computer , they had my truck there for weeks and never did anything to it . Plus front lady super rude , they leave your cars outside when I’m pretty sure they have enough space inside to keep them safe 😒😕. I took it because I checked reviews 😞 and now we just wasted a lot of money for nothing

Website says opens at 9am. I arrived at 9:10am, closed. I called the number - gentleman says he will get someone over and will call me back. I called him back at 9:23am. He tells me someone will be there in 10 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and then left.

Extremely Happy with Auto Tech. Received my product in 2 days and was able to get help on the phone step by step. Dealer was going to charge me 4x times the amount . Even got other items that I didn’t know about for my 2020 Dodge Ram 1500. Excellent place. Highly recommend it. They even had YouTube video for me to see step by step. Amazing….

I always recommend this business, please be aware that the correct address should be 102 North Malinche, head southbound Malinche till it ends or intersects with Mercer. If coming from south, the best way is driving through Meadow turn east on mercer till it ends.

Great product and support. Got product in 5 days via UPS ground. Took 10 minutes to switch out. Hiccup free installation. Saved time with one stop shopping. Otherwise would have to get module and key fobs separately then pay a locksmith or auto electric shop to pair with truck. Highly recommended

While they didn't answer my phone calls, they were incredibly responsive through text message. They took the time to sift through my truck's symptoms and came to the conclusion that their parts would correct my truck's problem. I received the parts next day. So far, the professionalism displayed by this company has been astounding. On the day we placed the order for a replacement ignition and keys/fobs for my husband's car, we received a call to clarify button location to make sure they send us the right key fobs. Then, today, I received another call to let me know they had made a mistake. They sent the new kit without the key fobs (which we paid extra for) and they already had a completely new kit sent out today. The gentleman I spoke with was very professional and took time to explain the mistake and express his apologies. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone in the future!

The people here were amazing!! I had issue with my car randomly shutting off or not turning off the anti-Theft would randomly trigger. Dealership diagnosed it has a bad FOB. I purchase one through these guys when I got the part my car completely shut down the anti theft was engaged and couldn’t even get a crank. I called and they had me mail (as I’m in different state) the original, the PCM and another part they diagnosed all the parts and were in all working order. They went beyond what I expect and was able to save me money by not replacing a perfectly good part. All though they were unable to help get my car running with any of their parts they were honest and went beyond their duty to help get a different diagnosis to help repair My car. I would high recommend doing business with these honest people.

WARNING do not believe this guy. I called because I had a similar issue as he mentioned on video. He guaranteed it was a module behind the seat and he would charge me $750. I told him I rather he do a diagnostic, but he kept saying he had many years of experience blah blah blah and that no diagnostic was needed. Good thing I decided to take it to the dealership because the module was good it was actually the ignition switch and key fob. Do yourself a favor get a true diagnostic

Wanted to thank everyone at A.T.E. for the service I recieved regarding my 2010 Dodge Ram Wireless Ignition Node. After trying to find the WIN and getting everything programmed to no avail (truck still would not start). I called A.T.E. and spoke with Cindy she explained in detail I ordered programmed WIN module . I recieved in two days . Installed in 15 minutes everything worked just as Cindy Said. Wish I had called earlier. Great Service and Quality parts. at a very fair price Thanks And God Bless
