AutoTech was able to fit me in the next day and repaired my water pump the same day. They were also able to fix my alternator early enough the next morning it didn’t interrupt my plans to pick someone up. Edit: The day I picked up my car, the temp gauge was not looked at. I then called and ask them to look at the car again as this should not have been missed. I was able to negotiate the removal of the diagnostic fee, but I was charged for coolant to replace the coolant which was put in there the day before. Edit: called in to negotiate the $30 off for the coolant charge and was declined and not given mutual respect during the conversation, no rude words were exchanged but John took offense to my stance. Won’t be coming back due to not being given the same respect I was attempting to provide via phone, after paying 1200+ to this location.

Beware of this shop, used them once NEVER again. I used their oil change & free inspection coupon for $35.00. I had called to make an appointment and ask if I could supply my own oil as it needed to be Mobil 1 synthetic oil. They assured me that was fine. When job was completed, I was charged the original amount, NO credit for supplying my own oil, no report of inspection results, and charged me 3% extra for using Visa.

So everyone beware. I’ve been to a handful of mechanics here in Corvallis and have felt like I was getting screwed over… until I found auto tech. I totally loved them at first and felt like I had found a shop that finally was fair and did things the right way. Today, I had to take my car in. I had started the front brakes, with all the parts on my own… well I couldn’t get the bolt out of the caliper on one side. So with one side done, and all the parts provided, I finally had to surrender and bring it to auto tech. I left it with them just to finish the driver side brake pads and new rotor that I provided. So all said and done they call me and I talk to John, he tells me that 1 1/2 hours of labor comes out to be $240. I just wanted to cry. I clarified that they are charging $160 an hour for labor and the lady said yup, like it was no big deal. Again, just beware… they are out here scamming people just like every other shop. $160 an hour for labor is INSANE

My son's (a student at OSU) car was vandalized Nov. '23. The fuel door and gas cap were stolen plus the gas tank showed more volume than when he parked it. Auto Tech drained the tank, added injector fuel cleaner, replaced the gas cap and fuel door with factory parts also added five gallons of fresh fuel. They took care of him all in one day. Passing through Corvallis on trip to Medford. Battery light came on, and I had recently had the alternator replaced at another shop (both shops are part of the TechNet warranty program). Explained my predicament to Brittany over the phone, she said to bring it in right away. Sam (mechanic) diagnosed that the alternator was not working. Brittany spent a good deal of time on the phone getting TechNet approval to cover replacement since it had only been 1 week since initial repair. They were able to get the car fixed and back to me within about 36 hours. Warranty program covered rental car for 2 days. Can't say enough good things about the service, communication, and flexibility they all provided. Brittany, Sam and John were all extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend AutoTech for any service needs in Corvallis!

These guys are freaking awesome! While in the area from out of town we started having brake and transmission issues. With the nation wide branded type of shops in the area closed on a Friday, I found these guys! Reasonable prices friendly professional service! Always nice to do business with an honest family run business! Thanks Brittany and the rest of the crew for getting us back on the road!

I've been taking my car here for several years for regular oil changes. I have never been anything less than completely pleased with the service and cost. Never once have I felt pressured into added services or expenses like they tend to do at other establishments. Auto Tech is honest, reliable and family operated and they have always given me the best price and fastest service! I will NEVER take my car anywhere else for anything Auto Tech provides... EVER!!! Thank you for proving that there are truly honest and trustworthy auto technicians out there! I also love that every time I bring my car in they comment on the fact that I have a 2005 Ford with ridiculously low (most recently 22,000) miles on her. Ten stars for Auto Tech!!!♥️♥️♥️

These folks are amazing ! Such an awesome father/daughter team, my car was in and out extremely quickly and they alerted me to a few other issues needing attention. Took my car in because of an intake issue. They did a diagnostic and then refused to fix the car. Took it somewhere else and it was simple ignition coil fix. Don't take your car here unless you want to be charged an unreasonable price for them to tell you to take your car somewhere else.
