They don't answer their phone. I called earlier one day and they actually answered and I was told they were booked. Called 20 minutes later and was told there were no customers--to come up. They don't even schedule appointments, so whoever told me that lied. When I arrived the woman greeter did not greet me. Instead, she continued to read her magazine as I looked around obviously in need of help. Finally, she approached me. The actual mechanic was more than hospitable, sociable, informative, and professional. Nice guy. If only the other people were this way.
