Ridiculous car lot!! This is only for people with BAD BAD BAD credit & you can only lease a car, at 10 times the price of leasing from another used car lot. They want over $250 every other week for crap cars. I found awesome deals at so many other car lots & got a great deal. I would not buy here if it was even my only last choice & the last used/lease car lot on the planet.

This place is NOT where you should go to buy a car. YES, I understand that your in dire need of a car, YES I understand they pay for tags, YES I understand you just need a car to get you back and forth. They OVERCHARGE for thier vehicles, your paying at least 140 a week. Then on top of that they provide you with some bull crap insurance. Then.................... they put a disabler box on your car. SMH, these people control your every move, and turn your car off when they want. So after you have given these folks everything they still will shut your car off. Stay away from this place its a SCAM!!! and if you do buy a car from here your STUPID! like we were! This place lacks INTEGRITY!

This place is horrible I suggest you try your luck at a real car dealship there ghetto unprofessional and the salesman I had burped in my face I hate this place I say step out to a big car lot and see what happens you never know unless you try there cars have over 100,000 miles they break down fast the guy they suggest you take it to he was tired of them they wanna send you to a place in wyandotte ks and when I went there they guy was being cussed out by autostart customers he was tired of North kansas city people so I say this go else where and maybe you might hopefully get a better car and deal

I bought my car from here. The only good experience I have is buying the car. Every time I deal with these people over the phone it is a negative experience. I leased a car, got in an accident, it took me 3 weeks to figure out I had insurance with auto start because I couldn't get a hold of anyone other than service. Finally they told me I was insured and they would pay to get my car fix, it's been 3 months and I still don't have my car back. These 3 months have been the most unprofessional 3 months so far. Cindy at auto start asked the company who fixes my car not to give me information on my car. They haven't been updating me on the fixes and they still expect me to pay $500 a month when I don't have my car or a clue to what's happening to it. Every time I try to figure out information this business gives me a run around and it's so frustrating. The dealership offers $100 off your note for referral. My brother referred me, they put it on paper but of course he never got that money. Also each time I have a request or make a call they just say "I'll make a notation" but no one ever makes the note bc they'll call me the next day about the same issue they were supposed to be fixing and to make notes about. Overall I absolutely regret buying a car from here and giving these ppl my money. I can't wait to pay my car off and never have to deal with this business again.

I purchased a vehicle from here, and I absolutely just love the customer service we have received from this particular location at Vivian road. They have been nothing but friendly every time i call to make my payment, they have been very attentive to fixing my car every time something goes wrong on it. I was a little skeptical after reading the other reviews online at the time of my purchase but they have proven themselves very worthy since my purchase in April, in my eyes! Great job on the customer service team members!

The only reason I got my truck through them was so I could build up my credit. We made it where I make my payments everyother Tuesday the last month they have been calling me telling me I'm late so now on my credit its showing I'm a day late. Nobody will fix this. If your car has to go in the shop which most likely it will they will keep it forever and I mean over 2 weeks or more you still have to pay them on time no question ask. The only time I felt important was the day I signed my life away after that they don't care.

They say they work on income and not off your credit, yet they performed, without my knowledge or authorization, a hard credit enquiry. I was not told they would do this. I found out days later when I received a notification from LifeLock. I was fortunate enough not to lease a vehicle from these people. Everything looks legit from the outside, but they aren't true to their word. They didn't have a vehicle that would fit our needs at this location and said that they would contact us about some from different locations. After reading some of these other contacts and realizing that they hit your credit report with a hard enquiry, I'm glad they never got around to contacting me.

This is a statement from my husband on what happened today 2/7/15. We started our lease on 1/10/15. When I called the manger on duty (Paul) I was told there was nothing to be done. I called on 2/2/15 and was told that we would be able to get our tags on 2/7/15. Our temp tag expires on 2/8/15 and they refuse to issue another temp tag or a dealers tag until they decide to do what is in the contact. We leased a vehicle from AutoStart USA on Vivion Rd in Kansas City, MO in January. AutoStart is supposed to pay the tags and taxes as part of the lease. Repeatedly my wife was told we would receive our tags before the 30 day temp tag expired. After I made our payment, I was told the tags were being picked up and would be in the store in two hours. This was on a Saturday. I come back three hours later and no tags. I asked what happened. I was told that the line at the DMV was too long and they didn’t want to wait, so they just dropped the paperwork off to be processed and tags may be ready Monday. I will now be driving around on an expired temp tag. We were told if we get pulled over by the police, that AutoStart would pay for the ticket but they wouldn’t put that in writing. We weren’t too happy with our salesman when we leased the vehicle because he was lazy and didn’t do his job, but now I see where he gets it. The entire store is lazy. Because a person was lazy and didn’t want to wait in line at the DMV and DO THEIR JOB, we have to drive with expired tags. That is not right. I’m not saying this about all AutoStart stores, just the one on Vivion Rd in Kansas City, MO.
