Had an oil change and inspection done at Auto Smart yesterday. Tech was ready, service was fast and reasonably priced. Scott reviewed the inspection with me and scheduled next service appointment. Extremely satisfied with this company. Would not use anyone else! Thanks Guys!

I chose this shop because I read the reviews. And I felt comfortriple taking my vehicle there. However, my experience was awful the diagnosis they gave me. I knew was wrong. On my Honda, their technician was a smart Alec and very rude. They tried to charge me $3000 for a used transmission. I took my vehicle to chance transmission and they fixed it for $500. Not only these people charged me $200 for a diagnosis that was wrong.

Got a quote for some work, there was a little bit of a misunderstanding about the quote initially, but they ultimately discounted it to where it was below what it would’ve originally cost. I am more than happy with all the work I have had done on multiple vehicles. May not be the cheapest option but as the saying goes you get what you pay for so the cheapest option is not always the best one. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

I have a particular vehicle that several shops said they wouldn’t even do an oil change. The folks at Auto Smart said they’d help and were quick and honest. Very happy with my experience.

Scott and his team (Mark especially) are terrific. He cares about his customers and he gives back to the community, especially the Veterans and being a car buff he takes great care of car show automobiles and proudly displays them out front of his service shop. When I was having trouble with the speaker phone and sync in my control panel of a vehicle I had gotten from him, along with the driver's seat that didn't adjust for my short legs and height; he found me a better seat with more power adjustments than the original seat that match the interior perfectly! He also replaced the center console with a new aftermarket system that works beautifully!!. He did this without any additional cost to me because he knew with my age (75) it was very important to me to feel comfortable behind the driver's seat!! I have been bringing my vehicles to Auto Smart since 2008. They have always treated me like family with all the joking and ribbing that goes along with that. It is just not me, they do the best they can for all their customers, and if it's something they can't do (body repairs) they help you find a good place. I now feel they are part of my family also. Auto Smart is a smart move, see for yourself!!

I had a check engine light on that nobody seemed o be able to diagnose. Had been to 3 different auto repair shops. I took my car here for problems with ABS system and they diagnosed engine light as well! Then I took it back to them for more work and when there issues about 6 months later, they honored warranty and fixed it again!

Auto Smart was able to get my truck in and out very quickly. I called to schedule an alignment, and they got my vehicle in the shop the next day. They did such a great job aligning my truck as well. I definitely recommend them!

Great people to work with! We wanted specialty parts on our family vehicle and it was no problem for AUTOSmart to get it in and out in one day. Slotted and drilled rotors look awesome and work even BETTER than factory!

I was having the hardest time finding a shop that would help me figure out what was going on with my truck. I kept paying different shops to work on my truck and they could never get the problem figured out. I went to Auto Smart they told me what they thought it was gave me a qoute to fix it. I got my truck back and now it runs better than it did when I bought it. I recommend anyone skip all the other shops and just go straight to Auto Smart. The people who work there are very professional and super nice.
