I recently had my AC repaired on my Volkswagen Atlas at this auto shop, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Carlos, the owner, was incredibly communicative and honest from start to finish. It’s tough to find a mechanic you can truly trust these days, but Carlos is the real deal. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with what was going on every step of the way. One of the best parts? He doesn’t try to screw you over with prices like so many others do. It’s clear he values building trust with his customers, and that’s something you don’t see every day. Plus, Carlos has an awesome crew of skilled mechanics behind him. They got the job done quickly and efficiently, and you can tell they know what they’re doing. I have a mechanic that I've used before but when my truck broke down over the holidays his shop was closed for the week. I found Auto Service Experts and took my truck here. Incredible service and he even saved me at least $600 by getting the parts under warranty from the manufacturer. I highly recommend this repair shop. They are very service oriented and truly helpful!!

I am extremely satisfied with the knowledge, professionalism, and what felt like genuine concern from Carlos and Lena. My vehicle had an issue that the “dealership” supposedly repaired a few times. I kept bringing it back, paying more money, and having the same issue. My friend recommended Auto Service Experts and they were able to properly diagnose and repair the issue a few months back and I have had no issues since. They took time to even drive with me to make sure we were on the same page, their shop is clean and I trust them. Thank you guys so much

The transmission in my vehicle went out. I called Carlos at AutoService Expert's and my transmission was repaired within 4 days. Service was excellent and I'm very pleased with the work that was done.

Carlos and his team have been providing excellent service to me for over ten years, most recently helping me diagnose and address a few nagging issues on one of my older classic cars. Hope this review helps anyone needing auto servicing in San Antonio. I have been here twice in the last few years for work on my Toyota FJ Cruiser.
