They are the best! They kept me informed and went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was safe for my daughter and I on the road. I usually go to the one on Midlothian however when I moved I needed to go somewhere closer so when I saw that this Auto Rescue was only 15 mins away from me I knew I had to reach out and go here and I’m glad I did! I’m sad I’ll be moving to another state so I’ll have to find a new mechanic etc but I’ll recommend this spot to anyone in VA looking to get their car worked on. This location is Respectful and clean and have snacks and drinks available while you wait. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Jake and Antonio and the rest of the crew are awesome I love you guys!

I love every experience that I have here! The workers aren’t workers they are family. They will do everything in the power to take care of you and give you the best service you possibly can receive. I brought my Camry in for a noise in the engine. These IDIOTS convinced me the most important thing was to replace my front axles and all my brakes. And so they got $3600 dollars and told me the noise I heard is the fuel injectors. 3 WEEKS AFTER I PAID THEM $3600 MY CAR HAS A BROKEN PISTON ROD!!! My car is dead weeks before Christmas and I'm broke now but my dead car has all new brakes and axles!!! These IDIOTS fixed my front axles DIDN'T FIX MY ENGINE WHICH IS WHY I BROUGHT MY CAR NOW MY CAR IS DEAD!! Merry fn Xmas you crooks!

The team at Auto Rescue were very professional, the service was prompt, they sent me a detailed report with pictures and recommendations, called me and walked me through it. They even provided a ride home for me so I didn’t have to wait in the lobby during the repairs. I was very impressed with the service and care. I will definitely be going back for future car repairs and service.

After my car broke down in Richmond, this shop made sure I was safe and all my needs were taken care of. Jake from the shop explained everything so I really understood what was going on and helped me with future issues that need to be addressed. They turned a very stressful situation into a manageable one. Would return to this place and have more work done in my car. Extra bonus shout out for helping me get a shuttle service back to shop since I did not know area.

This place is a rip off. Wanted to charge $750 to replace a brake line. That is double what it's supposed to cost. I took it in for an inspection and all of a sudden the line started leaking. They said it was rusty. They messed it up then wanted to charge way too much to fix it. This is how mechanics shops get you in virginia. They know it's needed to pass inspection and charge you way more than it should. Always try to go somewhere you can trust. I can't trust these guys.

I took my vehicle to be diagnosed because I had water 💦 in the back passenger seat on the floor which started to smell like mildew! I got my appointment quick and I even got it back the same day!!! The guys that worked on my vehicle did an excellent job they fix what was going on and I also needed tires and an alignment because my vehicle was pulling and I was afraid of driving it!! Let me tell you I am in love with my vehicle again it drives like brand new and it’s not pulling at all❤️! Thank you team 😊 I found my repair shop!!!

The service is excellent, the waiting room is large with lots of seating. The prices are very reasonable. And the icing is sometimes they fix stuff at no charge. Service with a smile has come back!

This was my first time at Auto Rescue. I used to bring my vehicles to a different shop for years and after a recent management change the service suffered at that shop. I was really impressed with how friendly the staff is at Auto Rescue. My vehicle required a decent amount of work when I brought it and their knowledgeable technicians did an amazing job of getting my vehicle back in shape. In my opinion, they went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Auto Rescue to anyone looking for a new shop or if it’s your first time bringing a vehicle in for a repair or inspection. The customer service you’ll receive will put your mind at ease knowing you’re in good hands.
