I met this team last year when I needed a tow, found them to be reliable, so contacted them again this winter. When they arrived, they mentioned that they also have a repair shop. I'd been having problems all year, & even the dealer hadn't been able to fully remedy the issue. So I decided to give this group a chance. I'm so glad I did! They figured out that an aftermarket alarm system someone had installed was putting a drain on my battery & frequently causing it to start beeping when I got in the car. They removed it, put in a new battery, and I haven't had any further problems. I give them an A++ in all review categories and they're now my go--to mechanics when my car needs attention.

I wish I could give Auto Repair Inc. 0 Stars, even minus Stars. Auto Repair INC. on Smith, by the Veterinarian, should be boycotted!! They were awful to my neighbor and friend Sharon. They were going to rip off a single mother of 3. 700.00 to replace a hose? Oh, that's because the hoses come in packs of 2, even though Sharon needed 1 hose replaced, they were going to charge her for an extra part, that they were not going to use on her car. I know parts are expensive, but that's ridiculous. She told them that was too much and called around and M & S Auto's estimate was for 260.00. They recognized the dire need of a working Mom. They had compassion for her situation and helped her. They fixed her car in 20 minutes, instead of the Tuesday, originally stated. She had her car towed to Express Auto 1st. They did a diagnostic test on her car. They charged her 70.00 for that, and gave her the 700.00 estimate. When she wisely declined, she tried to pay the bill with her credit card over the phone. They refused to take payment over the phone, and refused to release her car to the towing company. She was sick, with 3 kids, I gave her a ride to the shop to pay in person. They made her wait around the desk, while the workers stood around, taking another customers info over the phone. One guy told her to quit asking questions. What type of men take advantage of a woman, who is obviously sick and struggling. Speak to her in a way that she comes out sobbing, at her wits end. SHAME ON YOU AUTO REPAIR INC. KARMAS GONNA GET YOU. THANK YOU M & S AUTO, not only for fixing her car quickly and at a reasonable price. But for showing compassion to a young family in need. Your great business practices will be passed on with recommendations from us!! Thank you so much!!

Visiting Cleveland from Virginia and car conked out with my wife driving alone late last night. Called AAA and a lyft to her spot on the road and Edwin showed up, loadrd the car, and let us hop in. AAA had a suggestion (closed) of a shop I was gping to leave car but Edwin said his shop coukd attend, and he gave them a heads up.what is gping on with my left keys. 8 a.m. shop took my call and 2:22 writing this glowing review with the car in hand (all good, includong a need maintenance oil change). Great team for a tpugh time. Thanks all. GO, you will be in great hands!

I am a small business owner. One of my vans went down. I searched towing, car, auto repair near me. I found this company along with red carpet towing. They are in the same location. Within 20 minutes my van was towed to the shop. Within an hour I had a diagnosis and quote. I accepted the quote as the price was reasonable. My van was repaired the next morning and my tech was able to pick it up. I have never received service so efficient. Cassidy the dispatcher was courteous and helpful. Joseph was awesome. Evan's diagnosis was fast and correct. I highly recommend Auto Repair Inc. A great family owned small business!

Top notch place! Really impressed with the integrity and fair pricing here. Very honest and friendly people. They explain things well, and got my car fixed in a reasonable amount of time. I will absolutely be bringing my car here in the future - it's so hard to find a good auto shop. My Buick is driving way better now, and I'm definitely happy with the outcome. Overall super positive experience. I highly recommend this company, for sure.

Evan was excellent! He replaced my shocks and a rotor that was not right and my car is running great. I definitely will use them again to do repairs on my car.

Last Thursday was not my day but after being towed to Auto Repair Inc with what turned out to be a dead engine, the people at this shop were a much needed bright spot! Went in early in the morning. They diagnosed my issue very fast. Gave me a fair quote and completed the service in a timely manor. I will be back for my future services and repairs.
