Extremely honest and very thorough. I've never met a professional mechanic who I trust more. If you have any questions he will be very transparent. Unlike the big shops, he won't "guess and check" just for the sake of running up your ticket.

I am a recent arrival in the area, and shortly after coming into town, I noticed an odd noise coming from my engine (all 209K+ miles of her). Solicited some other shops in the area (closer to me at that moment) however, luckily, I came across this shop and, upon contact, Joe was gracious enough to offer to look at my vehicle with very short notice. After a quick look, Joe correctly diagnosed the issue (alternator needed replacement), quoted me a fair price, and was able to obtain the replacement part and fix the issue within the span of a weekday afternoon! Joe was able to diagnose another major issue that had been missed by many, many other "corporate" shops and, more than likely saved me money, stress, and my vehicle's engine! As long as I remain in the area, I will consult with Joe on any potential issue with my vehicle, and recommend his services without hesitation.

Joe is AMAZING! I took my car to him after a short phone convo where I described what was going on and what another mobile mechanic had done. I also told him the mobile mechanic said it was my water pump. So he could of easily charged me for time and labor and put in a water pump that I ended up NOT needing. Instead he thoroughly explained what he found and how he came to the diagnosis. Basically all I needed was water and coolant and time. Thank you for being honest and trustworthy. I will definitely recommend Joe to anyone I can!

Joe has helped me with my car way too often and way too much, but he always thanks me for bringing my car to him. Reasonable prices, good guy, and will explain the issue. He doesn’t really beat around the bush, and won’t try and upsell you. He’ll even show you what he’s talking about. All around would recommend.

excellent service. took my car over at 3 pm on a Wed. w/ no notice. he diagnosed and started working on it within 15 minuets. He explained exactly what the issue is, and had different quotes within 30 minutes of my arrival. He communicatee via text so I was aware when my vehicle was ready by 11 am . He refused to pad the bill even when I asked if there was anything else needed on my car. Seems like a very good guy.

5 star service all around. Very knowledgeable and reasonable. I would 100% recommend. Joe's shop is right across from my office in Frisco, so I ran over to chat about having my radiator replaced. Antifreeze was leaking and car was overheating at 6am this morning! YIKES! So... I Contacted Joe at 8am and He was quick to provide me a competitive quote. Once I approved the quote, he got started as soon as possible. Overall a pleasant experience and will use him again in the future!

If your looking for a knowledgeable mechanic but haven’t found one you can trust, Auto Repair Excellence is your place! I would’ve been charged hundreds for parts that I didn’t need, but Joe didn’t just start replacing parts when he found out what was wrong, he wanted to know what caused those parts to be bad. He found out what was causing the issue and saved me from spending a bunch of money on parts I didn’t need. Thank you! Highly recommend!

Joe is more than an extremely knowledgeable mechanic. He also has a HUGE heart. When my family and I needed our cars fixed and were having a tough financial season he still fixed our cars and said to pay him whenever we could. He also went all out to make sure he fixed the cars as if he was fixing it for the safety of his own family. He is a true blessing and I can't see myself taking my vehicles anywhere else. Joe is a true honorable, honest, generous and loving man of God. He will take great care of your car and is very fair.
