I honestly don’t know where to start… the service I was provided was absolutely amazing!!!! I took my car to other people for my transmission and they scammed me but NOT Emmanuel!! I will be forever grateful for him. I took my Toyota to him and he not only fixed my transmission but did a few other repairs that I needed. Him and his employees are honest and hard working. I will only bring my car to him. My car was fixed very quickly and it’s running like the day I first bought it. If you’re in the area please check his shop out for any work you need! Forever grateful! 😇

these guys came through at a rough time for me and took care of my car when i was being quoted crazy prices. they worked fast and efficiently and at a great price. I’ve recommended them already to a few members of my family and plan on coming back with help on my car again (and they got a larger space at the same location 👍🏽)

I do not recommend this body shop. So unprofessional and will take your money without fixing your car. I paid in advice and the owner blocked me after I inquired about how long it would take to order a piece. 10 out 10 don’t recommend!

I love this companies work and professionalism. The staff is friendly and they are effective and efficient. I will be recommending everyone I know to use them. They are that good! This gave me a free diagnostic and told me exactly what the problem is

In response back to your response on my review !we communicated several times that I was unable to leave my car. And that was fine I bring it back 4 times for several hours which gave you ample time to fix it Yet i got the run around . Once you took my bumper off the first time you should have known all the parts that were needed and if you couldn’t fix it that should have been communicated. I finally get a response once I left a review and threatened court . Again you took my money before finishing the job and blocked me from your phone . You respond once I took it to the internet and finally sent my money back. Again very unprofessional!!! My experience was not good and again I do not recommend your shop ,

Stay away !!! They will take your money and not finish the job . Absolutely the worse shop in Charlotte ! This man promised to fix my bumper , yet kept giving me the run around about a part needed . I contacted this shop 1/4 it’s 1/22 and my bumper is still not fixed after paying . The owner Carlos blocked me after contracting him several times .i asked for my money back after I couldn’t get an answer . I have now filed and dispute and we will be going to court .

The body shop is shady. After paying them to do a job they half way did it, refused to correct the issue, and blocked me. STAY AWAY!!!

We're so glad we gave Auto repair Emmanuel a try! Conveniently located near our apartment, we called ahead to confirm they had time for a general diagnosis. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating; and if you have someone who doesn’t know a whole lot of English this an ideal spot. The team was thorough and honest in their assessment, addressing our concerns without pushing unnecessary repairs. They efficiently completed the oil change, brake replacement, and tire swap, putting our minds at ease. What truly impressed us was their transparency and integrity. Unlike other shops we've visited, they didn't try to upsell or find nonexistent issues. The only minor drawback is the lack of a waiting area. However, the staff kindly provided us with chairs and a space heater, ensuring our comfort while we waited. Overall, we highly recommend coming here for their exceptional service, honesty, and convenience. We'll definitely be back!
