I have a 2010 mercedes e350 that had ignition problems, we reached out to him to get pricing for an EIS repair and a key reprograming. He had the best competitive pricing out of everyone we contacted. He communicated with my husband and I and worked with us, it wasnt a problem that we lived in Alaska, and shipping was quick once he was finished.

So I was skeptical at first, about this emulator item. After communicating back and forth I took that chance. All the worries I had were gone when I installed the product and everything worked as it should. Was worth it, and will highly recommend their services when I can.

Gary was professional and courteous. Like another reviewer, I bought a used car that had only one key fob. Gary quickly programmed a new fob and key at a price almost half what I was quoted at 2bToyota dealerships. I will return to his shop for future work.

I recently bought a low-mileage old (2007) Mercedes SLK280. The car itself is great, but unfortunately I received only one electronic key fob. That’s very risky. If I were to lose or break my only key, I’d be confronted with a huge problem and big expense from a Mercedes dealer. I called the local Mercedes dealer about getting a second key and fob. Wow. The service manager said that a ballpark estimate is $500 and told me that the dealership has to send the key to Mercedes (Germany? I don’t know). Traditional locksmiths can’t do the proper programming, because it requires super expensive equipment and super expensive licensing from Mercedes. After some research I found Auto Purlieu, called, and made an appointment. Gary was great on the phone and I could tell that he’s very capable. Long story short, I drove 240+ miles to get to his shop in Greensboro, NC. Beautiful drive through the mountains in a sports car, so I didn’t mind. Gary is very meticulous and took a few hours to do the password download from Mercedes, programming the new fob, and cutting a new bayonet key. And along the way, he tested, tested, tested. I saved a ton of money and had the comfort of being able to self-test everything right there. This would have been impossible at a Mercedes dealership, since they would have mailed the key to somewhere else. I couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend Auto Purlieu.

Auto Purlieu did a great job. They provided an emulator for my 2010 Mercedes C300 and alot of advice which was extremely helpful. The videos posted and the calls allowed me to confidently navigate this repair. Also saved me about 1k. Thanks so much and would HIGHLY recommend them.

I reached out to Auto Purlieu after finding him on YouTube while researching how to fix the dreaded Mercedes ESL issue. He sells an excellent emulator that fixes this issue! I overnighted him a couple of the car parts, he reprogrammed and fixed everything the same day and sent it back out. Once received, I went to install because it’s supposed to be a plug and play fix, but shortly after found that the previous owner had removed some of the necessary parts trying to fix the issue. Auto Purlieu was excellent in helping troubleshoot my next steps, always answering my questions within minutes of me sending the message on his Facebook page. Once I got the wire harness out back together, I plugged in the emulator and my problem was immediately solved! I can’t thank him enough for the excellent products and the customer service beyond what I could have ever expected. He seems to truly care about the customers and the work being done. I would trust him to do any car repair I needed. If you have a car issue, don’t even think twice about going to Auto Purlieu, just do it!!

Emulator for steering lock on w204 C300 Mercedes perfect experience couldn't be any better .I sent in ignition EIS with key to autu for my Mercedes w204 C300. Fast turn around as soon as auto received the Eis ignition made programmed emulator and made extra key within a day it was in the mail. Amazing great experience saving me thousands of dollars. No hesitation would do it again.

I can not speak more highly of auto purlieu!!! He is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He saved me thousands of dollars! My 2010 glk350 ESL gave out. I reached out and shortly after sending my keys and EIS to them within a week I received my new emulator and new programmed keys. I was having a problem with my mercedes c300 2008, my esl went bad and mercedes quoted me 1400 to fix. I went the emulator route and it saved me time and money. Sent my key and ignition to him and got my emulator programmed and sent back to me the same week. I live in Texas so that just goes to show the honesty and great work they do. My car is up and running. Thanks again bud, you got a customer for life. If u could give this place 100 stars 🌟 I definitely would.
