I am SO thankful to have found an honest mechanic I can trust!! AND His prices are fair. The owner only charges for a battery and not for the installation labor. AND he was flexible getting me in for a battery change. His honesty- He wasn’t convinced I needed a new battery when he tested it, therefore he suggested he get a second opinion from another shop to make sure he didn’t charge me for a new one if I didn’t need one. I did end up needing one and while I waited, I chatted with the gal at the desk, who manages the place, as she shared her positive experiences working with everyone there. Private owned business who treats each other like family, owner is generous and respectful to his employees, and is honest and fair - that is what I gathered from my experience. I’ll be taking my Honda CRV 2020 back there for all its needs now 😃

I cannot recommend Auto Pros enough. From start to finish, they delivered exceptional service. They began with a thorough and detailed inspection report with photos! They were incredibly accommodating when it came to scheduling and working with my availability. What truly amazed me was their ability to finish the work in a short amount or time without sacrificing quality.

I’ve come here for expert car care on three different vehicles. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. The Ford Dealer told us we needed a new transmission— Auto Pros had us try a transmission service and treatment instead. 6 months on, our transmission is still shifting smoothly. They probably have the best waiting room I’ve been in with great retro decorations and refreshments.

EDIT: Don't listen to these guys, they are not honest about the cost. Go to alphaautoglasspdx. I got mine replaced, labor and parts, for $265 and it was a mobile service. Quoted a near half a grand (~$426) in LABOR only to replace one broken window. Said they'd order from the dealership if they couldn't find used...why not just go to the dealership then? The woman seemed nice, but that was what "the computer" told her. I would not recommend getting windows at least here, as a result.

Since we've moved here, we have brought multiple vehicles here for service. Some of them with major repairs required. We had a Tacoma that needed entire back-end redone, springs, drum breaks, axle bearings, etc. Not to mention new valve cover and oil pan gasket. The team here did an amazing job, they worked hard to find parts at cheaper prices, and got our beloved truck back up and running amazing. They've also helped us over the years with other vehicles we owned like both of our Highlanders, a 3rd gen 4Runner, and our Ford Escape Hybrid. Fair pricing, quality work and all in a pretty timely manner. Super happy and highly recommend Auto Pros in Oregon City.

When I took my car in over a year ago Ryan, the head guru, said he was going to take care of me and my car for the life of my car. These guys are the real deal. I had a sensor issue, they needed more time to research and said they would call me back, and before I could refresh my beverage my phone rang and they had all of the info I needed. Great follow-through! I never worry when I speak to APCC because it's always the real deal. And let me thank the entire crew for their hard work on this posting. Recommend this to anyone needing solid car care maintenance.

On a hot day I blocked traffic so one of their technicians could back into the bay. He ran out with two large Otter Pops and handed them in the window. Shortly after my van broke down at the transfer station. I had it towed over there for a Diagnostics. The next morning it started and ran just fine so they were unable to diagnose a running van. They seem very nice and confident. They didn't even charge me for having it there for 4 days. I'll definitely go back with other vehicles.

Ripped me off completely. They said the diagnostic test was free, and I told them that's all I needed done. They proceeded to charge me $300 for "labor" and "parts" when they did not do a single thing to the car besides change the oil. We love $300 oil changes when you asked about headlight issues. Very very bad communication and professionalism. Do not give them your business.

I generally do all my own work on my vehicles but I had a engine failure that just stumped me for months. Tried everything. The team tackled the diagnosis and told me it was a tough one but it ended up being a problem with the computer. Replaced the computer and the problem was solved! Charged a very reasonable price for the parts and labor! Very satisfied and they were extremely professional! A+++!

They got us in right away! Did what was needed to be done and my check engine light is finally gone! Ford couldn't get it out! Not to mention did an awesome job of cleaning up my undercarriage! My GT is a happy pony now! We have found our new mechanics shop! Thanks guys!
