I usually avoid leaving negative reviews because I understand how challenging it is to run a business, and I don’t want to harm anyone’s reputation. However, my experience with this company was too disappointing not to share. I was quoted $1100 for a quarter panel dent repair and paint. After discussing it further, we agreed on a lower price of $800 since I opted not to blend the paint on the door, rear bumper, and tailgate. When I went to pick up the car, I was shocked by the result – the paint didn’t match at all. It looked like they used leftover silver paint from another car. When I voiced my concerns, the owner told me he ordered the paint based on the car’s VIN and didn’t try to match the color precisely, suggesting that if I had gone with the blending option, it wouldn’t have been as noticeable. From my own experience, I know that even when providing a gas cap for color matching, there can be a 30% chance the paint won’t match perfectly. Doing it purely by VIN was a shortcut, and the results showed. After some back and forth, we agreed that I would pay for new paint supplies, around $40, and they would re-spray the panel. I also asked them to check the bumper bracket and mentioned I was willing to pay for a new one if needed. When I returned to pick up the car the second time, I was given a bill that was $279 above the quoted price because they had done the blending without my consent. The paint job was much better, I would say around 95% paint much, which is good, I appreciated, but what really disappointed me was the dishonesty. I ended up wasting two trips (70 miles by two times) and a $35 trip permit. To make matters worse, the inside of my car was left a mess, with white dust covering the dash, doors, and seats. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel it’s necessary to share my experience. Be cautious when dealing with this company. I won’t be returning, and I hope others don’t go through the same frustration I did. They may smile to your face, but their actions tell a different story.

Very happy with their services. I had stopped by Auto Perfect last week to have my Chevy Silverado for a major repair work. Their team was phenomenal and attended my need to detail. I'd definitely recommend them to all my friends and family for any auto repair needs.

They did a good paint job on my chrysler concorde. Marc was very helpful in the beggining. Then Maria took over. I would say the only downside is that they didn't take credit cards. you have to pay with cash or Zelle.

Charged me 4k to do some MINOR body work and realign my truck bed frame. He did a bunch of body work that wasn't listed and never touched the frame even though that was the very thing I wanted fixed over anything else. I know he didn't even remove the bed to align the frame even though he said he did, I know because I marked the bolts and they haven't moved. Then, when I asked for a detailed receipt of work, ghosted. Stay away. Find a real shop that'll do the work you ask for.

Great place! Would highly recommend. They communicated from start to finish with photos and email. Finished early, were substantially less than anywhere else and very friendly and professional through the whole process. Would highly recommend!

I wanted to support a small business so booked my repairs here after someone hit my car. Initially, their response was fast and Marc, our estimator was very accommodating. The repairs itself were done really poorly and we could see paint that was dripping down even after their "quality check". The front interior of the car was very dirty from paint residual (not there before) and when I asked the owner about it, he said that this "isn't a car wash". They said they would buff out and redo some of the paint work but this requires me to come back after I already released my rental car. It's been a very frustrating ordeal. I would suggest looking elsewhere for your body work.

Very unprofessional business. I took my car to get some repair and I pretty much got scammed. I came out paying double on what we agreed on originally and some other issues were triggered that wasn't there on my car. They even won't take responsibility. Very unprofessional and unsanitary.

Worst place to get repair. They take short cuts on everything. The paint is already peeling off after only 3 months. We had to go back a few times for them to redo the paint because it didn't match the original.
