this was my service center for my intoxlock install and removal. david was the one i corresponded with. when i had the device installed, he called to tell me that the anti-theft system I had set up in my car was going to cause a problem with the installation, He said he would have to charge me extra to uninstall my cars antitheft system and reinstall it after the interlock was put in place. ridiculous. Today, I went to have the device removed (finally). And because of a recent accident, my driver side door does not open. When I told David this, he went into a fit and explained he would be unable to do the work because they need access to the pedals. I Explained to him, you can absolutely reach the pedals from the passenger side door. (i have a honda CRV) He initially refused service and told me he would have to charge me extra labor charges because of potential back injuries to his employees from reaching over the car. I mean, come on now. You’re a freaking mechanic. Give me a break. Do not choose this place as your Intoxalock service center, anywhere else will give you much better service

I was appointed to this place to have the intoxalock installed. David was in charge of the process. First he call me to let me know my car is ready around 1pm. I tell him I’ll be on my way to pick it up. Then he says No wait it won’t be ready until 2:30 pm. (Not a big deal but why call me and say it’s ready when it’s not). I show up at 2:30 and waited 15-20 minutes. I finally get my truck back and get very little explanation/information on how the device actually works. He was more preoccupied with telling me there was a $25 extra charge for a cable that by the way it was clearly a used old cable and that an $85 charge could happen if the device locks. Whatever I leave the shop with the paperwork I was given and go to the DMV first thing in the morning the next day. When I finally get to the window I’m told David did not fill the form correctly and so now I have to go back to the shop and get the the paperwork corrected. So I got to the DMV at 8:00am and did was not done until 11:45 am due to the lack of David’s attention towards filling out the paperwork properly and worrying about how much extra $ he can get. It was just a waste of time going back and forth when it could have been avoided by doing his job. I was definitely not happy about the situation

Love this shop and the owner David. They provide quality service and I never feel like they are trying to upsell me or rip me off. David is very honest and will explain any issues and show you the impacted parts of possible. Definitely recommend. Call to make an appointment.

Outstanding experience!!! My alternator died causing me to be stranded. I normally only go to dealerships for my Auto repair and maintenance needs but David (along with his mechanic) got me back on the road under cost and faster than any shop I have ever dealt with! Auto Medic is now my #1 referral.

Reasonable and accurate estimate with perfect repair and awesome service drags me back to the shop !! I liked the technician's honest recommendations and quotes too...unlike many other shops around. I think I finally found the right hospital for my cars...
