Just picked up my truck, paid almost $450, and it's in a worst condition than I drove it in. It's making abnormal bad engine noises that never existed prior to my driving it in for a simple stuck spark plug. I was forced to pay $450 to get my key, for a worse condition engine than what I drove in for. I beleave that I'm due a reimbursement for making a quiet engine turned into a loud rough engine. I would hope a fair settlement prior to my filing a small claims lawsuit this week.

Don't expect them to warranty work. Had them rebuild engine and transmission. Once received vehicle back, instantly had transmission issues which was repaired again after several weeks. Not even a year later after receiving repaired vehicle, having transmission issues again. Talked directly to their subcontracted transmission rebuilder who would repair transmission under warranty but would not cover labor costs since Auto Lube and Repair removed and re-installed transmission. Auto Lube and Repair wouldn't cover labor cost claiming performance parts were added (by them) so 1 year warranty doesn't apply. Seems like a shady way of weaseling out of a warranty especially since they repaired it for the initial transmission issure. Would not trust them to do any more work for me.

Auto lube and tune in Mooresville is a great place to bring your vehicle. They are honest, prompt and competitive and prices. I just recently moved our fleet vehicles to them for service, and have been very pleasantly surprised at how great their staff are, and how eager they are to promptly provide service needs.

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE! They told me my control arms were bad and I paid them to replace them. Well I took my car to another mechanic and he said they never even changed them they are the original dealership parts. So they robbed me of my money and fixed nothing. I will be filing complaint with better business bureau for sure. Fake mechanics

I went and got a state inspection and oil change for one of my vehicles. I had a pleasant experience Pike and the rest of the crew did a great job getting me in and out of there as well as answering all my questions related to my vehicle. I definitely would return here for all of my inspection and oil change needs.

I went there to have some parts put on my vehicle which I got from GMC. They were unable to install them so I took it to Auto lube and repair in. They did a fine job installing my parts, but I had to keep returning for the alignment that was done three times I came back to get the alignment done the third time I stayed there for three hours for one alignment And wheels were not centered. I decided to go down the street to Mavis, which did an alignment check they found the alignment was still out after three attempts so I had them correct the alignment and then I returned to the establishment to get my money returned. They told me they don’t return any money. Why did I not bring it back to them. I did three times and it was not corrected. I don’t take any thing away from them Installing, my GM, Parts, but I would never go back there and I wouldn’t recommend them . Ps when I took my vehicle to Mavis tire to have the alignment done, they found that the left tie ride lock nut was finger loose. When I brought this to their attention, they ignored it and tried to make excuses to.! So with that said . As a retired, master technician, I highly recommend that they get their machine recalibrated .

Spoke to a man over the call regarding getting an alignment done on BMW with ADAS system and he said they have the proper equipment to do so. There was probably even no misalignment because it wasn’t even noticeable, yet I took to the shop to just make sure. They suggested full alignment to be performed on the vehicle and now my car started pulling on one side and the steering wheel won’t even stay centered. When calling back the shop explaining the problem that started after getting alignment done, the female manager stated that “her assumption” it has to do something with the “air suspension thing” so the technician would need to take off the whole assembly and need to put it back to make sure there isn’t any “tight nuts” that’s preventing alignment adjustment and it will take about 5 hours of labor to get it done for roughly $625. I declined any assumed repairs asked for my refund because they made alignment worse than before and I didn’t want to take any chances. But the manager insisted to put the car back on the rack to check one more time and do the realignment at no charge. Alignment was performed and but this time the both front toe was too inside that it worn off my front tires and it was almost about to be blast off. Ended up replacing all four tires plus performing realignment and everything cost me about $2K, just because the shop didn’t say that my car didn’t need an alignment and made it worse. 2 stars just for the courtesy to offer second alignment to fix the things but yall made it no good.

We have had several great experiences now with Auto Lube & Repair. The staff has been wonderful to work with and they have always completed the work they were doing quickly, efficiently and with great attention to detail. Highly recommend.

Dishonest Had my car towed to Auto Lube & Repair because my car wouldn't start. They said they had to replace the battery before they could do a diagnostic. I told them that the car started acting goofy after I was pressing on the brake pedal and all lights were flashing in the car and then it would not start. All they did was replace the battery for $338. Got the car back and the brake light was out, blower and the windshield wipers not working. Took it back to them and they told me the wiper mechanism and the temperature control panel needed to be replaced for $1,400. I told them that couldn't be, try checking the relays and fuses. They said they did. The lady at the front desk is very rude. This business must have changed hands they used to have knowledgeable friendly mechanics. We took the car across the street to STR. They are very honest and found the problem right away. It was a relay for $114. STR also has shuttle service that Auto Lube & Repair doesn't.
