I had a home service done to repair a windshield rock chip. Friendly installer and good work done. I understand the day gets busy and traffic can get bad in the area however, I would’ve liked at least one update throughout the day to let me know that they’re running behind. I had to call to get an update. Estimated time of arrival was between 1-5 pm. Arrived around 5:15 pm after waiting at home all day.

The Auto Glass Now did a good job for my BMW 330e to replace the windshield. The place is very clean and the staff there are friendly. The job was done in 3 hours and it looks perfect.

A mixed bag. Windshield was installed along with replacement trim, but there was a notable lack of attention to detail. Dirty handprints were left on both interior A-pillars and the interior headliner, and the windshield was pretty smudged up with fingerprints. Also, several fasteners of the body panels that were removed for the work weren't re-installed.

Auto Glass Now called me the same day when I submitted my claim. They were wonderful to work with. I was booked a week out (due to my schedule) and she was super nice over the phone. Technician came on time and was great. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you!

The initial installer would have got a zero to one star (attitude, quality of work, time, etc.), but the company followed up and finally got it right after 3 attempts, for which I am thankful. I give them 5 stars for effort and for the final outcome. I took away an overall star because I had to set aside time on three different days. Better quality and/or better trained installers would serve them well and save everyone time and money.

They were fast & efficient replacing my Tesla windshield. Nice people, too. I was 30 minutes late to my appt and they still made the effort to accommodate me.

I used Auto Glass Now through my insurance company to replace the windshield on a 2016 Yukon Denali. They were knowledgeable and courteous when setting the appointment and showed up on time. I got a heads up when the technician was on his way and he did a great job on the replacement.

Super people, competent team. I interacted with Diana on the sales/customer, and with an excellent team at the San Jose site. We actually had an issue with the windshield replacement, and what impressed me was how they addressed the issue and got me scheduled quickly for a fix. 100% recommend Auto Glass.

Overall good experience. I called them the day of incident where a stone cracked my windshield and they connected me with my insurance. Took care of all the backend procedures and help me book an appointment for the next day. I dropped off my car and within 30 mins or so it was ready to pick up. The work was fast and there was plenty of parking on a week day. So far no issues. There was some glass dust on my dashboard which they forgot to clean I believe, but all fine.
