Getting an appt was easy, customer service was excellent, windshield replacement was HALF of Safelite (the competitor). You wait at their store for less than an hour. The job is done. I highly recommend it.

If you’re in need of glass replacement in SF this is the place! My car got broken into and they were able to accommodate my schedule and get me in the next day to repair my window. I waited in office while they repaired and was shocked by how fast they were able to fix it (I was out the door in under 45 mins)!. The ladies at the front desk were super sweet and answered any questions I had. The cost to get my window repaired here was significantly less than the 5 other vendors I called. Could not recommend more and will 100% be back if I’m in need of glass replacement!

Super fast, great work, and nearly half the price of Safelite. Over the past year I’ve needed a new windshield for two different t cars. Both were less than I expected and done the same day I walked in to get an estimate. Hope to never need them again but know where I’ll go if I have to

I commend the speed, efficiency, and exceptional value provided. The initial estimate was $280, ultimately reduced to $240. I strongly advise against engaging Satellite Glass; their quote of $600 was exorbitant.

My intentions was to complain BUT when I was sitting in the office waiting, getting my window fixed the young lady in the office named jasmine D was extremely professional, polite, patient even after I gave her a hard time. She was nice to everyone who called or came in that needed help! So even if our interaction was horrible because of me not having patients she handled the situation very well. Even went above and beyond to help my payment go through! I appreciate you Jas!! A great liaison for this company!! I appreciate the help with my window during this holiday season. 100 % recommending this company / location to anyone who needs a window fixed

Unfortunately, my car’s glass has been broken a couple of times, but thankfully, I live close to Auto Glass Now. They always provide quick, friendly service, and their pricing is very reasonable. It’s such a relief to have a reliable place nearby to handle these issues so efficiently!

Not only did they call someone to secure the glass that was needed to replace mine. They made it happen the same day I called. They were kind, courteous, & professional. They're prices were BEYOND fair as I did shop around. In the future if I need their services I won't hesitate. Highly recommend them

Quick service, called day of and they were able to get it done! They have a supplier in SF which makes 4 runs per day, so they can easily do same day. After the service there were a few small things like seams I had to tuck in that showed a lack of attention to detail.

After a senseless window smash, I first tried the big name glass repair shop, where I've had other glass replacements done in the past. This time, their quote was astronomical so I started googling "car window repair" and found Auto Glass Now. I called right at closing time and got Lynette, who was super helpful, got me a price that was about half of the other guys, and followed up via text the next morning. She could get my (oem) replacement window and get it installed THE SAME DAY! Not only that, but since I was stuck at work, they picked up may car, fixed it, AND returned it to me THE SAME DAY! At HALF the price! (I was only a couple blocks away, so I don't want to suggest that they'd do this for everybody...) BOOM. Less than 24 hours from discovering my broken window, it was all behind me. These folks are my new go-to the next time some a**hat decides to smash my car window for no reason. **update- it happened again, to a different car, and I had a similar spectacular experience with Auto Glass Now. They are definitely my go-to and I recommend them highly!
