Tried to charge me $45 for a tire rotation only. What a rip off!!! I went right on down to Strickland Brothers (great place) and got it for $19.99 total in 15 min. This place has gone down hill with the new owners. It’s not the same. Even the customer service isn’t the same. I definitely won’t attempt to go back here. Please do yourself a favor and get a second option or just DON’T COME AT ALL.

Si pudiera dar cero estrellas lo haría, primera vez que voy a este sitio nunca más volveré a ir, el servicio de inspección es económico si! Pero pésima atención desde el principio el señor que me atendió fue un pedante pensé que hablaban español ( yo me sé defender muy bien con el inglés) pero le pregunté si hablaban español pues para entendernos cómodamente y empezó a decirme cosas feas y aparte me vieron como mosca muerta, la chava de la recepción si fue muy linda y amable pero el señor inspector el cual se llama “Fabián Ramos” no entiendo por qué exiges que te hablen en inglés si tu nombre también es de indio como el mío CERO ESTRELLAS MUY MALOS Y RACISTAS!

To sum it up: They are just not honest people. PLEASE READ! Most of the good reviews here are from ppl who don't know cars which is why they don't know they are being played. The manager is a crook. One manager gave us a price of $450 then $600. Then another came in the next day, went into the office with Edgar and obviously had a disagreement. Edgar came out angry and the price went up to over $1200. The worst part: a/c still doesn't work properly. I had to repair my valve (which was leaking), my bracket and my belt. Tip: honor your prices and don't make the customer suffer for your mistake!

I took my vehicle to Auto Garage Katy after dealing with a mechanic who had my car for almost two weeks and didn't do crap to it. They guys at Auto Garage Katy diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes and fixed the problem in a couple of hours. I definitely recommend!

I’ve been to Auto Garage previously and this time I went in because my brakes felt weird. Also my USB stopped working. I was concerned it was an electrical issue. I was told it was my rotors and a fuse. I left my vehicle around 9am and they called before noon that it was ready! In addition to the rotors and fuse, I also got an oil change and tire rotation. Alessandra was the young lady who assisted me. She was such a pleasure to speak with and she surprised me with her knowledge of vehicles. Such a great place. Alessandra deserves a raise! She’s definitely a keeper and helped me, a female, feel confident in the work! Keep up the good work!

My normal location where I bring my vehicles for the annual inspection was down. I drove up the street and saw his signs. Best experience. The location is clean very comfortable and pleasant.

I have taken my car here before with no issues. This time, I was HUSTLED! I was charged a diagnostics fee. (Was under the impression the paperwork was in the vehicle and was not! -- got home and looked for paperwork in vehicle and nothing!!!! Weird thing is last visit, was given a 2 things that needed repair. I asked them to look at them and give a quote and what do you know???... no issues with the items. I feel they took my car in and didn't look at a dog on thing. The lady called about a quote...still no quote. Just a text saying... you car can be picked up. Did the management change? New Lady in front has a horrible attitude! Avoid this place!!!!!!!!

I had come to this location to get my brakes fixed and everything was amazing. I came today for an oil change and state inspection and the technician was extremely rude. I passed my inspection last year with the tint on my windows. Today, he stated he wouldn’t pass me because my tint was too dark. The same tint from last year where I received a pass. He was extremely rude from beginning to end. When he first interacted with me, he asked rudely where my keys were and I told him his front desk agent had them. Then he told me well you gonna have to wait longer. Had I known it would’ve been terrible I would’ve went elsewhere. Just a strange interaction all together.

This is my new go-to auto shop! I used to go to a nearby shop but the quality, experience, and affordability will keep me coming back. My car has been through your regular oil changes all the way to a turbocharger replacement. They don't pressure you to fix anything and leave you, the owner, up to if you need to address something.

This place sucks. Don't know how they are in business. The service is horrible. Went to get an inspection and the guy at the front desk didn't ask for any information just told me to have a seat. A customer came in because he ran over a bump and broke his bumper. They moved his vehicle in before mine. They only have one active bay here with two mechanics working in one bay. Would not recommend going here.

Don’t get your inspection here. They told me that I failed by a gas cap and I asked them if they could show me and there was nobody else here and they said no we already took it out. Very disappointed in this place I used to use it for my AC when I had a 2003 F150 but this was a new 2018 kia soul and I wanted him to show me and he wouldn’t show me

Unfortunately this facility failed my son on a vehicle inspection last week. They claimed his gas cap on a 2019 vehicle was faulty. They would not show him the report that showed he failed. They just said he failed and he would have to purchase a new gas cap. Then they slandered him to a law enforcement officer saying he cussed them out(not typical of him). If you value you dollar I would recommend you take your vehicles elsewhere.

Amazing customer service, quick service, great prices. It's the only place I'm taking my car to. Special thanks for being so very nice and understanding when my toddler accidentally threw up and made a mess in the wait area. Very much appreciated.
