Oil changes are more than 3x I would pay elsewhere, and they do work that you don’t ask them to do, but not the work you ask them to do. They switched out wiper blades without asking me, and added $50 to my bill that I was not expecting and acted like it was perfectly normal to tell me they did that. I brought in my car for a specific issue and they never even looked at the issue even after I called them about it twice throughout the day.

The crew at Auto Europe are great! I feel like they’re reasonably priced and don’t suggest unnecessary repairs.

Very honest shop. Small boutique shop does a lot of BMW MERCEDES-BENZ Land Rover and more. Ask for Jack.

Drew is truly fantastic. His shop is Just Right. He is a caring 'physician' for your car. He repairs what is needed without over-treating the 'patient' and holistically does what makes sense for your beloved. I hope to 'doctor' with him for the life of my geriatric 1986 911!

Rude, very rude a guy hung up the phone u my ear because I told him I didn’t have to use the same battery that’s in my car as long as the battery is compatible with my vehicle!!! Racist people!

I have owned my Porsche 911 for 14 years and have used several mechanics. Auto Europe diagnoses issues accurately and makes repairs, quickly and inexpensively. Drew is personable, knowledgeable and only fixes that which needs fixing. No upselling! Best Porsche shop I’ve used. My go to shop.

I've been taking my Macan to Drew and Jack for 4+ years now. I cannot recommend them enough. Porsche dealer wanted to replace all 4 brakes 30K miles ago. Auto Europe replaced the rear at that time, and only now are suggesting I have the front done. Saved me big $. Love these guys.

I have a 911 and thought I had a likely engine “crisis” on my hands and didn’t want to take it to the dealer. Auto Europe (Drew and Jack) lived up to everything I was told about them. Honest, straight shooters, responsive, really know their stuff, likable, and will tell you if they can’t do something. They don’t try to find new problems that don’t exist or need attention in order to pad their bank. They are super! Now a lifetime customer. I’ll always use them going forward

I have been taking my car to Auto Europe for years and they do an incredible job. Drew is the "Water Cooled" Porsche engine whisperer! He communicates very well and answers very detailed questions. I have found that the my car is maintained and repaired professionally, although I am not charged for maintenance that is not needed based on my driving habits. In other words, parts like air and cabin filters are inspected and only replaced if necessary. Coming very a very detailed car aficionado, I give Auto Europe and Drew my highest recommendation. Much bettor than the German car dealer repair and other independent shops.

Very to the point, honest and reasonable service. Came in with a suspension issue that could have been addressed in several costly ways, Jack prioritized repairs by value rather than total cost, finished the work on time and without any hassle.

Had my car towed their for $450 repair for a coolant pipe leak only. No other problems existed. As soon as drove it home, the very same day the battery indicator came on. I called Jack who didn’t know what battery indicator I was describing and to send a pic. Later saying they didn’t touch anything related. Only to get it tested at the autozone to find out I need a new alternator. Coincidence?? Scam!

So I have been here twice now for my BMW, and I have to say I really trust their work, and what they tell me needs to be fixed. Not super expensive, but not super cheap either, but I would definitely say reasonable priced.

We have 2 BMWs and Auto Europe (particularly Jack as he runs the BMW side of the garage) is amazing and very trust-worthy. We have been using this garage for 7-8 years I believe. The dealership will try fleecing you, then bring it to these guys and they'll tell you what really needs to be done.
