The mechanics are wonderful guys and very helpful and knowledgeable. The gal at the desk is always pleasant. We took our Dodge Durango there with questions and concerns and they took the time and explained in detail the problems and repaired the SUV promptly and stood by their work. They did not try to sell us any unnecessary work. We highly recommend Auto Dynamics and will continue to go there in the future!! Keep up the good work and your professionalism it supersedes most! Have gone to this shop twice now and the first time was a typical shop visit but the second time has made me a life time costumer. Destiny is wonderful and so kind to talk to and Easton is just as awesome! I'm happy to have found a local shop for my vehicle now.

Terrible Service and Zero Accountability – Avoid Auto Dynamics at All Costs I had the misfortune of trusting Auto Dynamics with my vehicle, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. I brought my car in for what should have been a straightforward service, only to have my engine severely damaged due to their negligence. What’s worse? They absolutely refuse to take any responsibility for the damage they caused. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they deflected blame and left me to foot the bill for repairs that I should never have had to deal with in the first place. Their lack of professionalism is astounding. Not only did they fail to fix the initial issue properly, but their dismissive attitude and refusal to make things right have made the experience even more infuriating. Save yourself the stress, money, and potential heartbreak of dealing with incompetent mechanics. If you value your car, your time, and your sanity, avoid Auto Dynamics entirely. They have no respect for their customers or their vehicles. A big thank you to Empire Imports in Winter Haven for properly installing the battery that I provided and correctly fixing the computer system. If I am lied about and slandered for providing an honest review, so be it. The lies and unprofessional behavior are proven by the owners reply.

I came in to see why my A/C wasn’t holding the Freon … Erick had originally diagnosed it. I needed my compressor hose replaced. When I tell you the customer service to begin with will make your mind wonder how someone can be as nice as Destiny on the phone and then you come in and you meet Easton who has so much knowledge.. these men were made to do this service for all….I live in Davenport and I’m a single mother of 3… THEY HAVE ME AND MINE FOR LIFE! I recently had an excellent experience at Auto Dynamics in Winter Garden, FL, and I wanted to share my appreciation for their exceptional service. I’m from Miami and had traveled to Winter Haven to pick up a U-Haul trailer for transporting a motorcycle I’d purchased. Upon arrival, I discovered I had the wrong set of keys for my hitch, which meant I couldn’t adjust it to the correct ball size. Feeling quite stressed after a 3.5-hour drive, I found Auto Dynamics nearby and decided to give them a try. From the moment I walked in, the manager, Easton, was incredibly helpful. He listened to my situation, and despite several attempts with different keys, nothing seemed to work. Easton then introduced me to Darshawn, one of their master mechanics, who was equally knowledgeable and professional. Within just 20 minutes, Darshawn and Easton managed to remove the lock from my hitch, ordered the necessary parts, and ensured everything was set up perfectly for my trailer. I was back on the road with everything taken care of, which was a huge relief. If you’re in the area—whether you’re a local or just passing through—Auto Dynamics is the place to go for reliable and prompt service. The customer service and quality of work are truly unbeatable. I highly recommend them!

I would not recommend Auto Dynamics. When it was owned by Manuel it was a trustworthy, capable, honest business, but not so with the new owner. I took my car there for an AC problem in March of this year, and was told it was a faulty AC compressor which he replaced. Six months later I took the car back because it was blowing warm air and was told that the evaporator valve needed to be replaced. Another $900! That same day, after the repair, my car started with low horn like sounds from the AC. He wanted me to bring it back again, but at this point I didn’t trust this guy or his ability. I took it elsewhere, where I was told that the compressor was bad and that the compressor that was put in my car looked like a refurbished auto parts store compressor not a true Mercedes compressor that I requested. I went back to Auto Dynamics and asked Darshan, the owner, for a refund. He took the part that had been removed from my car and said he would get back to me. When I called him Monday, I was told that he would not be refunding any money to me, and threatened legal action if I said anything bad about his business. I’m sorry but this is still the USA and free speech still exists! He also said that he didn’t like the way I spoke to him. Sorry again, but I’m sure everyone can agree, that when you feel that a business has not been upfront and honest, you’re not the happiest person at that moment. Although, he kept saying there was “name calling” which was confusing as that definitely did not happen. He also told me that if I said anything bad about his business, he would post a copy of the refund check from the defective compressor on line as a donation to a church. I hope he does the donation because he certainly doesn’t deserve it. At this point, I’ll be looking at this loss of money as “lesson learned”, but maybe by posting this review, someone else will be luckier and choose another mechanic’s business.

Went in for a quick oil change because it was conveniently located across the street from work and was pleasantly surprised by not only the services done but the customer service as well. Destiny at the front desk was very welcoming and easy to talk to. In the back Erick worked quickly and efficiently to complete the oil change and he also rotated (and filled) my tires for me. Overall great experience here and I think I found my new go-to shop!

Went to Auto Dynamics today for an oil change and ended up needing a new battery. Service was superb and they were so kind and helpful to get my new battery under the warranty from the old one. Oil change was fast and a great price and they do a vehicle check as well. Great place. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

I had to come in last minute because my battery terminals were bad. The staff was incredibly friendly and even though it was close to closing time, they still changed the terminals out fairly fast and patiently answered all of our questions.THEY ARE WORTH IT!!!
