Wow this is one of or the best auto shop I’ve been to. Steven in the front was really resourceful and had best customer service. He was very informative and kept me in the loop with everything that was done and needed for my vehicle. Even when I couldn’t afford due to me being tight on money he was still willing to help me out with a major discount and payments. Man they do a really great job with checking your vehicle and see what you’re needed. Love this place I trust my cars with them completely. Thank yah and you guys are awsome. 🙏🙏🙌💯💯🤙🤙

Auto Dynamic Services surprised me in the best way! I loved my previous shop & owner in my home state of Louisiana & I was nervous trusting my vehicles to anyone else once we moved to NV. Brought in my 2015 Ford edge that has the original ABS replaced with a used but the ABS and traction lights where on because of VIN mismatch, the technicians were very knowledgeable, the used ABS was reprogrammed to match the VIN if my vehicle in about 45min. Everything went well and am satisfied with their services and I am recommending them for anyone how car needs any electrical reset or programming.

I'm leaving 1 star because Steven was a nice guy but I couldn't help feeling scammed after picking my car up. I took my car in on a friday because I was loosing power. Told Steven, "hope its just a battery!" Steven told me they would check it out for free. Called me back within a couple of hours and said they couldn't determine what was wrong based on "the free diagnostic " and said it would require their level 2 diagnostic because it appears to be some electrical problems. $650. Ok. They work weekends. Called monday. After 3 days of work they they call me and tell me I need a new battery. Final bill: $1550. $650 for them to diagnose and another $900 or so for the battery/ install. I could have just gone to the dealership. I was without my car 4 days and after going back and forth with Jorge on this rediculous experience ended up paying $1250

Love this place went there for a oil change and they did a muti point inspection on my vehicle and found out that one of my shocks were leaking from the hydraulic lines connected to the shock on my 4 runner. The service advisor Andres was very helpful on maintenance for my vehicle. Beautiful environment people there are so nice. I highly recommend Auto dynamic services to bring your vehicle.

From a business standpoint Jorge and his team are impeccable. I’ve ran a mechanic shop for over 6 years and have used Auto dynamics from the beginning. They are very knowledgeable and transparent about the work they complete. Their knowledge about European vehicles and computers are outstanding. Anytime I get stumped I know they’re a phone call away. I love that they send out mobile techs so I don’t need to send a tow. Always on time.

Came in for an inspection and immediately felt so welcomed by the environment and the employee Steve! He explained things thoroughly to me, and was honest and very respectful. Would definitely be coming here again to get a the diagnostic done soon. Update: went back and the work done! And it was absolutely amazing! Steven and the team time are just so respectful. 10/10 telling all my friends to go here!

I took my jeep in for a significant oil leak. The diagnostic was free of charge and they fixed it and now there is no oil leak. Andres was in contact with me the entire time my jeep was with them. And even used my preferred method of communication (texting) . I would recommend highly. They were a very clean shop and had great customer service.
