If I can give this place a 0 I would , Worst mechanic place ever they have terrible customer service I took in my car to get it fix and they left it worst. He told me it was one thing then comes up with another ones he’s done. I told him about the problem and he was yelling and screaming at me. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Radiator change was done great, job was done quick in like 5 hours or so and it didn't totally leave my pockets empty so I was happy :) BUT I also took it in for motor mounts and back brakes to be changed. 2 weeks in and I'm using my ebrake to stop and my engine is shifting .... Sad to say that I will no longer be taking my business here. I had taken my car there for years, they were good people but I don't know what happen here. I put my family in this car and if I no longer feel confident or trust in the mechanic repairing and maintenancing my vehicle then I'm sorry what else is there to do... found me a new mechanic. Can not comment on the new mechanic cause its the first deal made so I hope it was an informed choice. Don't recommend coming here. Unless you wanna end up paying double!

John the Master mechanic at auto doc is absolutely the best. My car was on the skids in Bullhead city I had to be in Ventura CA. The very next morning. I called John he said bring it in. At 9:00am he put my car in better condition than I can ever imagine. The motor needed major work. All the other shops said maybe two days. John got his guys on it about 9 am. And was able to get me out the door by 1:30 THAT afternoon. John explained to me in great detail as to my problem and exactly what and how it had to be done. THE BEST MECHANIC SHOP AND CREW I have ever had work done. Reasonable labor cost and expert workmanship. I highly RECOMMEND AUTO DOC. For any repair work big or small. Thanks to the exceptional service they provide. ⚓️
