I'm impressed by these guys, their customer service, and their overall operations. My attempt to replace a broken door handle by myself went south when I came to find that I had neither the tools nor the dexterity to pull it off. I called asking if they might be able to step in a take over, and Mike told me to drop by right away. He picked up where I left off, finished the job, and I was on my way in twenty minutes. The fact that he was so willing to accommodate and help at short notice said a great deal. Good service, good location, and good people.

These mechanics defy expectations. At first, I was skeptical because I couldn't find any genuinely negative reviews for this shop. After all, every business has some unfavorable feedback. However, after visiting the shop for the first time, I now understand why they have such a positive reputation. The mechanics here are highly skilled and provide excellent customer service. I recently had a connector replaced, and the entire process was quick and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return for any future automotive needs.

Needed a new alternator for my Jeep and Noah was able to get the swap done in a couple of hours. Even cleaned off a rubber scrape from a recent hit and run at no extra charge. Fast, easy, and exceptional service at a reasonable price.

Mike and Noah went above and beyond and helped me out in a pinch. My wife hit a curb and blew out the tires. These guys diagnosed the problem with one car ride and one look. Sway bar snapped from impact and the lower control arm was bent. They welded back the piece that snapped and installed the new control arm in a very quick turnaround time. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I have brought my car here many times for repair. One time I had to get my car towed and Auto Craft was able to take care of what needed to repaired last minute. The best auto service I have experienced and the customer service is wonderful. I highly recommend this place.

Mike and the other guys are honest, fair, and quick/thorough. Fixed the alternator and oil pan in my beater in separate instances and became my preferred mechanic place. They’re also open on weekends which is helpful.

So I moved to Austin about seven months ago. I don’t know anyone here and right on new year’s Eve. My alternator gave out and they were open. They were very prompt on helping me and they were very receptive to my concerns. They gained another customer. They’re amazing.

My car has been off and on for months have had it towed to a auto shop over 5 times they all usually take a days to tell me whats wrong with it and half the time they can't figure it out amd always charge me alot. This place was my last resort cause it was the only one open on Sunday they offered to tow my car for cheap I was expecting them to take a day to figure out what's wrong whith my car but it took him 2 hours to find the problem and fix and I barely paid anything compared to other places I had a great experience here 10/10 100% recommend you to bring your car here.

Awesome experience! My 2018 Jeep Renegade was not running due to electrical issues. Mike made arrangements for a tow truck to pick up my car and take it to the shop.Tow truck driver - Shareef I believe - was very nice and arrived within an hour. I didnt have to be present at all at the shop until I went to go pick up my car after the repair. So convenient! (Not to mention this was on a Sunday when most shops are closed) I had the pleasure of meeting Mike and Ali. Both very pleasant people. Very chivalrous and kind. As a woman, I felt very comfortable. Will definitely be bringing my car back to Mike and his team for future repairs. Please, support this small business! Side note: shop is a little hard to find. It’s located behind a smoke shop. I recommend parking in the lot across the street and walking over. :)

These guys really know what they’re doing! And they’re so nice! Best prices in all of Austin for sure. Nobody can beat them. It’s a little hard to find at first. It’s down the alley on the right side of the smoke shop. I know it seems like it wouldn’t be a place most people would take their car but they were amazing! They totally surpassed our expectations 100% thank you guys so much!

Best Shop in Austin! Down to earth guy. Great prices. Professional quality. Fast results. What more do you want. Went to the dealership, they overcharge me, try to upsell me, and tell me to schedule a time. Went to Auto Craft, dude said no problem, fixed me up in 15 mins, and charged me a fraction of the price at the dealership. Hope my car doesn’t break but if it does I’ll be coming back to Auto Craft.
