So far, Work still in progress, time will tell. Environment looks clean. Not sure if the personnel noted I was there, because camera is right at the entrance. Personnel Appeared to be busy on phone in the back room possibly with a client before I had to ring the bell abd there was a response. Though I wasn't too appreciative of being told that a car with a mileage of less than 45k miles is not a new car. U be the judge of that.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Auto Collision due to a scratch on my vehicle. Without an appointment I stopped in, showed the technician the scratch and asked if they could repair. He said yes, quoted me a price and that they could do the repair right then and it would only take about 15 minutes. They delivered. They did a great job. I was very impressed with the staff, the service and their facilities. All top notch. Will be my go to for any future repairs. (Which I hope there won’t be)

I was referred to Auto Collision Specialists by a close family friend after I hit a patch of black ice & took out a sign with my car. Tony & his team did an incredible job replacing the front of my car & my sky roof that shattered. When I wrecked my car, the sensors for my lane assist & such broke as well. They did an outstanding job re calibrating everything back to new. Tony stayed in touch with me to update me on the process of my car. I could not be more happy with my experience taking my car here. overall outstanding customer service & body work.

I have used Auto Collision Specialists for multiple body repairs and they ha e always taken great care of me and my vehicle. They are one of the preferred partners of my insurance company and they get me taken care of professionally and personally. Most recently I worked with Troy and he was accommodating to some of my needs and easy to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend them every time.

Had work done 2008. Very satisfied. Took my truck in 2 months ago, , kinda rushed and wanted $1000. to repair small bb sized dent. New vehicle so wanted it repaired but for. that price, I put a 1x2" decal and that was overkill. Think. they should check their employees,drinking, or re-evaluat their oricing.

Initially very good customer service. Car was completed within a week and the body work looked pretty good. However, when i picked the car up the E-brake was pulled further than it should have, upon releasing the brake it never fully released and the ebrake mechanism could not be fully disengaged. I brought this up to the owner, he took a look and said everything was fine and I need to take it to a mechanic for adjustment. I reached out again saying I felt they needed to own their mistake and fix the issue that they caused. Since then have had no response. Do not trust this shop, especially if you have a manual car.

Amazing customer service!! Friday afternoon, 4:30 pm, our college daughter realizes her car has a window problem....only 12 hours away from a15 hour drive to Colorado! They are happy to help her “fix” it (temporary tape job) for the drive and tell her what she needs to get fixed once she gets there....and.....no charge!! It doesn’t get better than that!

After trying to get an estimate from some other auto body shops and getting the feeling they didn't want to write an estimate (one did not) I stopped in here and I was greeted by Bob, the owner. I did not have an appointment, yet Bob jumped into action. He took a ton of pictures, we were able to open the hood to investigate for any further damage. Returning to the office, an estimate was performed and we talked about how things would progress. It had been decades since I needed collision repair, Bob took the time to explain the process and even told me if and when I chose his shop when my car would be back on the road. Needless to say, my car looks fabulous, the job they performed more than met my expectations. I can, based on my experience with Auto Collision Specialists, give my highest recommendation.

Great service. A friendly welcome followed by detailed explanation of the work recommended to repair my car. The work was done very well and included a thorough clean of my car too.
