Thanks to these wonderful hard working and down right honest workers! I'm now driving much safer now and they saw me quickly and did the best job on securing my bumper and I can't say how thorough they were about making sure everything was in good condition. Great Prices and Easy going personnel.

Ended up taking my truck to them and ended up taking care of my door panels and were really good paint job. They ended up getting my vehicle in and out. of the shop I would recommend Auto Collision expert.

He stole my bumper!! Has absolutely no respect for veterans. I paid for everything up front in cash and he took 8 months and never finished the job. He told me to just take it he doesn’t care and my bumper was stolen at the shop. He only takes in insurance because they give him jobs, but if you pay him in cash he won’t care and he will keep giving you the run around. I wasted so much money and time here only for him to steal my bumper.

Sam and his team did an awesome job with my vehicle. I’ve never been in a car accident and Sam helped me so much with talking to insurance and helping me get a rental. My car looks brand new with the repairs and paint job they did. I got it in less than 2 weeks and had no problems at all with communication as well. I would recommend my family and friends.

Horrible experience took him 5 months to get my truck ready after been promised 6 weekends in a row each Saturday was gonna be ready. As you can seen pictures this is how I get truck back after passenger side full paint job lots of scope of work was not completed. You can see all marks were they try to buff and burn paint specially on black color I have lots to say but long story short story if you not ready to wait months get a vehicle fix do not go here What a waste time.

Sound was a good at what he does took charge of my car the quality of my car taking care of it respect of the customer the respect of the vehicle to. His team was great did a great job I would send anybody to a shop. To get their car done . Great value great customer service Sam was.

I have never had a car to be repaired from a wreck but when I tell you this was the worse experience ever. The communication was horrible and the work was even worse. After three months of having my car I got it back and it looked like it was just thrown together. I would called to get an updated and either there was no one to answer or I couldn’t get a firm confirmation when my vehicle would be ready. After several months I just popped up car looked like it had not even been worked on. I was told it would be ready the following week. Go to pick up my car it still was not ready. At this point I am upset and trying to understand what the problem is owner was very rude and could not give a straight up answer. Once my car was ready owner dropped off to me but had to wait two plus hours from the time I was told he would be arriving. I should have went with my first mind when I read the previous reviews and took my business and money elsewhere. If I could 0 stars I would

They do not fix your car correctly. They return it to you with lights on when they received with no car lights on. Took them a month and a half to repair a bumper. Do not take your car there!! They do not give you any paperwork stating what they repaired or warranty for repairs done. They opened things that were in my car. When I received my car after a month later my ac was not blowing cold it felt like fan was on. Don’t know why light on dashboard relating to something on front end and ac not cooling if it was taken in for damages to rear end!! Sam the owner stated he would pay for rental on car for days not covered but I have yet to receive the 460.56 yet. I also have an internal camera??? Please do not take your vehicles there for any repairs!!!!!!!

I never write reviews, this is my first time actually! But I had to for this! At first, I was unsure because I’m a perfectionist and I was afraid my car was not going to ever look the same after the wreck. Second, I was scared Sam & his team, we’re going to kick me out from all the times I called and visited to check on my car. Not only did they wash my car & detail it, but he went an extra mile to buff it and REPAINT an existing deep scratch on the side of my doors and on my trunk. Every time I visited they walked me through the process & what they were going to do, all his workers were super nice & hard working. It took some time because Sam also wanted to look like new, which means a lot! I’m so happy I can’t stop looking at my car. Thanks Sam & his team! I will definitely be recommending y’all from now on.

Took my brothers truck to get a touch up and they came above and beyond great service
